Idk where you got that from. Mathematically, it works out a 5% chance to miss 19 spins.

I made a script to test it without having to wrap my head around the maths at all.

I used said script to run a practical test too.

A list of numbers, 0-19 (20 elements) has a random number removed from it 19 times.

If the number removed was 0, the function returns true. Otherwise, if all 19 spins are non-zero, it returns false. If they get the item in 19/20 spins, it returns true, if not, false. You get it.

Calling the function 10,000 times returned true about 9,500 times on average, so a 95% hit rate for 19 spins, and so a 5% miss rate for 19 spins.
