I don't know if you actually play tournament or not but it's basically the same failed test as last time. The only discernable difference is that ultra low sp players (below 2k) are not in the same pool of players as those above 2k. I've been paired with and against these players, starting with heat 1. I'm 12k with a 90% win rate going against 4-6k players that have a 50-60% win rate. They've also been teammates (not the same players).

It's not fair or challenging for most players which is why the person above is not happy. To them, it was broken on day one. It was for me too but I was also on the winning end for most so have less to complain about, getting 40+ kills each battle. Out of 60 tournament battles played, I've had two, maybe three, where it was fairly matched with similar sp players on both sides. Otherwise, it was a complete wipeout for one side. That's not a good percentage...

the skill issue... I laughed so hard, because it's true. I mean my enemies ain't better, fact is I don't give up, because I don't look at this way. The same way people like RcFs200 get weaker (or stronger) enemies, others do aswell. And let me tell you something: find some help if you are playing this game while having a skill issue.

I never win when I spent money

Well yeah, I'm aware of it. I played a few matches in heat 1, understood that it was the same exact test as last time, and that was it. Atleast they corrected it somewhat so that endgame players steamrolling literal newbies isn't a thing anymore, so that's some improvement I suppose. In any case, I suspect that there will be more of these tests in the future, further refining the new algorithm for tournaments. Even as we speak, I'm compiling the feedback received regarding the tournament on discord so that I can forward it to the team later; and oh boy it's such a mized bag of reactions. 

the test .. they can't make the newbies lose,, because .. because they are their new source of money, they are unaware of what awaits them in the future and they spend, it doesn't matter if you spend 10 dollars and you have to win, no, it doesn't work because you' veteran spend 10 dollars you win, no,, it works with the newbies, who have to spend forced by the system (BOT, A.I.) to win against the strongest. Many have already spent .. and they limit themselves now .. the new ones still have to understand how it works and, are pushed to grow, with illusions .. if the new enters and can't play, he would stop, and would not spend. After the recent update, I found that my winning rate dropped significantly from slightly over 50% to less than 10% (including the battles I left since I knew my team was out-powered in the first 30 seconds). The reason? I have encountered opponents way stronger than me in every battle. I checked the opponents' decks and their squad power. I found that they are a few hundred to over 2,000 more than mine. So, I am very, very frustrated.
I was curious why Plarium asked me to fill out a survey about acquiring a new mech after Outlaw was released. Combined with what I have encountered recently, my theory is that Plarium is trying to enhance their notorious matchmaking rules, so a non-pay-to-win player faces ridiculously stronger opponents in battle. Plarium thinks this will "encourage" players to make more in-game purchases. But, I will tell you, Plarium, you are signing your own death warrant. You guys will soon see the result in your financial reports.

Hello! We definitely don't give preference to any groups of players: no matter whether they are spending or not. Sorry to hear that you faced such Matchmaking issues, but sure sure - the work's in progress. 

At this moment, you can try to improve the state of affairs by tweaking your Squad a bit and teaming up with friends whose SP is similar to yours. Give Matchmaking a try with these adjustments!

yes but nothing changes in fact since the last test you have changed something now also for me the win rate has dropped significantly let's say 1 win every 4 losses, ,, and let's see who was the human always a newcomer .. stop making fun of us .. the game favors new players and those who spend, it's 90% evident ... this is a game to abandon for those who have brains and ability. this is a game for those who have no ability but spend without measure, to enjoy a few months of joy and then cry for all their money spent .. after more than 2 years of mech arena I can say that the graph is going down ... and will never go up again ., as said mine will be A HAPPY CHRISTMAS. because I'm honest.

Actually, you do indeed give preferential treatment to those who pay over those who play for free simply by having paywalled items to begin with.  If better guns and mechs are only available if you pay for them, then the free players are playing with that disadvantage.  

Your "pay to win" microtransactions cheapen the entire game which is why literally none of my gamer friends have ever heard of Mech Arena and I only ever heard about this game from one of those shady "Play some random app games and maybe we'll pay you" apps, on which this game was listed. 

It's kinda tragic because fundamentally, this could be a great game if you weren't so damn predatory with your microtransactions.  You guys charge well over $20 at times for A SINGULAR ITEM IN A GAME THAT COSTS NOTHING TO PLAY OVERALL.  Do you see how pathetic and shameless that sounds when I say it like that?  It's like hosting a game of Monopoly and charging the players real money to get the properties.

If you just limited your cash transactions to cosmetic items only like in OverWatch, Valorant, COD, etc. then you might actually make this a mainstream game like those I just mentioned and maybe more than 5 people per time zone will know your game even exists—provided also that you stop designing these stupidly overpowered mechs and weapons that take away the player's need to aim properly, try at all, or even look at the screen while playing.
