Because in my experience when plarium staff won't talk with you it literally means plarium does not want to deal with the problem because they don't see it as one. Fear of being attacked doesn't seem to have prevented me from getting an answer on other topics. So I wonder why this topic specifically is ignored.
The truth of the matter is when most of the implants that show up in the shop are for new, paywalled items, the only conclusion that can be drawn is they're trying to get you to buy the new, paywalled items. Plarium doesn't want to talk about what plarium doesn't want to change.

I don't tell lies to you, and I feel sorry that you think in such a way as I thought you understand and accept information from me more deeply than some commentators who just call a "lie" everything that they just don't like or don't want to agree.
Talking about the Implants, there is no intentional purpose to make any Implants inaccessible to you. Seems that it's just a coincidence. Will we provide any other opportunities to acquire the desired Implants for players? Don't have such plans and don't know yet, but we will consider this issue.
