Besides the information, it would be very helpful to send them screenshots or video recordings if it's possible. 

I don't believe the purpose of the list was to bring awareness but instead make a point that they have yet to be fixed when they should have been fixed by now.

Actually it was awareness. Knowing what bugs are in effect is useful for players like us as we equip our hangars. And then I thought it would be good to have assemble a comprehensive list to present to Plarium to make sure they were aware of all of them. Submitting tickets one at a time when there is a big number of bugs is a pain.

Another bug - scrolling down on your friends list in chat. Keeps popping back up to the top automatically. The only way to click on names lower than the first few displayed is to click on the lowest name in the display, then you can scroll down a page and repeat, etc.

Some bugs require a certain time for our developers to deal with them. Depending on technical difficulties, it may take plenty of time. However, be sure we see all the complaints and work on fixing them. 

It's absolutely the right approach! We see, analyze, and finally correct all the bugs our players send to us. Having a structured list of bugs is extremely helpful, even if the majority of issues are being fixed. Thank you!

No, you can do it on PC. Mostly we think so because we have to be fast to change the mech. If we are slightly late and then change mech, then button won't appear

Not true! I am quick  to hit the escape button, the mech selection menu pops up but it won't let me select a mech on pc

Hello! The bug fixing is already in development, sorry for the inconvenience!  

With the PC client, I'm experiencing a few issues the game appears to want to download visuals or data but instead just sits on an infinite loop, causing me to force quit.

When I inspect a skin, for instance, the game wants to load it but does nothing; if I go back, meanwhile, I can't access the queue for any matches. This, among other things, causes the game to effectively "go dead," going offline entirely.

Some more bugs- 

You can't equip a new skin (for killshot and panther till now supposedly)

There are Two surge's specialization free (Might be a copy bug or well maybe they did to give 600 acoins ONCE)

You can't run the game properly on PC, it doesn't start you have to uninstall and start each time.
