Guys can you please start selling sacred shards for $5 or $10 if possible? just the sacred shards.

also can we have ancient, void and sacred shards on the market also? 


also I tried to join the discord chat and the first time it asked me to verify the pin and i did but then nothing happened and now i cannot join the chat server on discord

will there be content that helps the free to play to get acess more shards, gems, and books

Green Knight you mentioned in an early post We are working on a couple of developments that will increase the accessibility of some shards and books will that be something like a guaranteed rewards or is it like 50/50, 



Outside characters gotten at end of the month and the 2 free ones and a starter how are players supposed to compete with end game content when shards are hard to come by and even when you hoard and have shard events there no guarantee that you get those characters if my math is right at end of the month u get 1 sacred 1 void about 10 ancient how is that enough to make headway

If you wana keep characters behind shard opening which Is a poor idea

Suggestions

Remove the mystery shard that you get dailiy from the store and switch it with an ancient shard and the once a week ancient shard switch to a void

After you complete your dailies get another ancient shard and after 5 days u get a void and after 30 days 4 sacred (rational you get a 6% to get a legendary if you have a sacred, if you have a void it .5 same for Ancient. so how will more shards after the balance of the game)

Have another calendar every week you get x amount of ancient and void shards days 1-6 day7 a sacred or at day seven x amount of gems or energy

Add ancient shards to campaign with a solid drop rates

Add void to dungeons with solid drop rates like if you do 20 battles you aught to get say around 5 shards



For clan boss rewards because it hard content everything up to brutal get a shard in addition to a gear potion nightmare and up double everything


Same for arena

Give players more shards wont affect the balance due to current drop rate what are the odds of a player getting all the top tier characters even if you do u still need gear masteries etc

Other option make characters farmable like the final node in a campaign make that a place where you can get shards fragments for characters or maybe add a store where you can buy them or like do a personal message to each player that if they play a month they get to a shot at a  legendary 

As someone who invested in this game i dont feel like my investment was worth it 


you know how at the campaign you have for the most part avatars of different legendarily why not add another battle that lets you get fragments for that particular champion with a drop rate of x % so it takes time and it forces players to choose between farming gear, farming shards etc 

have an option that you redo the campaign and get the rewards again

for arena once you reach a certain like like bronze 4 you cant fall below bronze 4 how is it far for a player to be on the verge of reaching a new reward rung and over night gets sent by to say bronze 3

have a arena store that allows you buy character fragments and shards and books

allow players to redo old fusion events along with the events or make the characters needed for fusion farmable 

but most importantly i would like see changes that not just benefits top tier players but those who are just starting and those who are Free to play so that after a period of time they are able to make headway in clan boss, arena etc, the game has solid potential but there needs to be a balance  im an avid gamer

hi i am day 45 here are a few things

i get there are odds when you open up shards but as someone who spent money i dont feel like i got a good  return 

in marvel strike force they have this thing called red stars which  there this thing when u open at least 20 red star orbs you are guaranteed to get the ability to open a 4 red star orb which allows players to get a character to get at least a 4 red star for there character. there should be something similar like if you open x amount of shards you get a either a sacred or void like achievements if do this u get shards, this should be different from the missions. ive opened maybe about 10 sacred shards from things ive bought and from the in game rewards on top of about 30+ voids and x amount of ancient and even on x2 events and 0 legendaries either fix the drop rates and find a way to release more shards or find a way to give the players more shards with the low rate of getting void and sacred shards  how are new players going to push ahead in arena and clan boss. 

i fought a 4 on 1 against a miscreated monster and i lost, i have solid characters but nothing that go against players with better characters

a few solutions, 1. about the shard handicap 

1.allow players to replay the campaign and get the rewards again maybe have a cap at once or twice a week, guaranteed shards of a combo of ancient, void and sacred as clan boss rewards. the dailiy rewards from doing the daily quest need to be upgraded 400 xp and 10 gems, assuming the drop rate doesnt change why not give x amount of ancient or even 1 void shard per day and at end of the week instead of 1 ancient shard why not a sacred or several void and the same for the monthly. i understand sacred shards are supposed to be rare they would be rare if they only gave legendaries but there not and there drop rate are bad, the only solution that may give players a chance is more acess to shards.

2. when doing dungeons remove mystery shards and increase the drop rate of anceint shards and on the final boss in campaing offer the chance to get ancient shards.


the arena since progress is based on points once you reach a certain level you cant fall backwards like im in bronze 4 and being im facing teams far better i run the risk of going back to bronze 3  there need to be a system of forward progress


a new store from clan boss and dungeons that allows the user to buy shards anything except mystery


do a weekly calendar where each day you get x amount of items and at end of the week you get something worth while , could be a sacred shard or a special shard that allows you to pick a character from a faction epic and above this should be different from doing the dailies 


a schedule of past fusions that rotate a month with the same events so players can get a chance to get them, since im a day 45 player i missed out on getting rotos or foli there needs to be a catch up mechanic that allows players who are new or free to play to within x amount of time can start competing. i would love to be in gold tier but due to lack of solid characters i cant climb.

if a player missed an event like battle pass they should have the option as a 1 time thing to replay it, same thing with old promos like if you had amazon prime you can get ultimate galek  


 i understand the game needs to make money but remeber not everyone can afford to buy the packs and hope they get lucky, i happen to love the game but this game has several holes and as someone who has played other games i wana see this game go far

Just wanted to say ... im done spending in your game. This feels like pubg all over again. It's like someone made this game and didin'T expect to get this far with it and now that it was doing good ....no one knows what to do to keep it going.


Do you think us player base don'T notice when you change things like item upgrades cost. I used to level up items to 16 with 600 000 silvers to tops 1.2 million .... now i can spend 700 000 silvers from 14 to 15. The other day it cost me almost a million to reach lvl 13. Not only is that retarded its a dumb system because increasing the cost when you can end up getting garbage random stats... theres no payoff.


Listen to me 2 seconds.... players don't mind spending money in your game. But you can't have it ALL your way. Meaning, you can't charge more then others games .... have next to no content ...have a system thats casino style for items , champions and stats..... on top of that have SUPER low rates of payoff. I spent like 20 000 energy in the past 2 months to get maybe 5 good items.. not AMAZING items ... just good and out of those 5 items 2 got decent stats the rest i had to sell because i rolled the worst stats ever. Do you realise that when someone spend 200$ in your game and gets jack shit in return ... he had to work 20 hours in some dead end job to pay for that and he gets JACK SHIT payoff. On top of that ....the books are super insane hard to get or you gotta spend tons of cash to gear up legendary's cuz most cost 10 books +. Its like you guys are only focused on making spend rather than the REASON why we should spend. Playing RSL right now feels like a champions collection game that you can once in a while try out your skills on brain dead mobs. 

Im glad you guys feel like youve made so much money that you are content with whatever the game ends up like in the next year...but im done giving my hard earned cash to a compagny that only cares about money. You are making items and champions so hard and slow to get that its quite obvious that you have no plans on ever getting the game up to speed with new content.... so making things harder to get allows you to rake in more money until people realise they'res no payoff in the end. Only a collection of champions that you can never quite gear up because you have to be a freaking whale to do a half ass good job.

How do you get so many light blue books? I need like 10-15 per rare champ and can only buy 1 /week in bazaar and im lucky to get 1-2/week from events. Heard cb dropsvthem but never seen that

The answer to most players frustrations is simple.. in my.opinion .. Get a console or computer if u dont have one already...  only spend the one time fee for a PROPER rpg game.

 And then enjoy a game thats designed to please the real average joe gamer and the die hards... 

This is a good attempt .for a cellphone game..sure.

But bridging the divide between hardcore rpg gamers and cellphone game junkies is tough..yoire not gonna keep any of the rpg gamers in the long run, because of the costs involved in getting ahead in this game

Perhape u know this already? Uve heard this thousands of times already im sure..here it is..one more time..  reach out to the average gamer.especially rpg gamers..make this more about the game and not petty money grabe..energy,tomes,duplicates etc.

U guys wont have a game soon

Hi I would like to give my feedback on the last 2x event, customer support and arena. 


First off the 2x Ancient event should pull at 16% on Epics. It did not. I had 53 Ancient shards and got 4 epics and 49 rares. That is a 7.5% pull on epics during a supposed 2X event where you are suppose to pull 16%. I don't want to hear RNG and bad luck. After 30 shards it should start to reflect the pull %. So the odds of using 53 shards and only getting 7.5% is pretty astronomical. The more likely answer is they used the normal non event 8%. I can chalk up the no legendaries to bad luck, but pulling 4 epics is more than just bad luck. So do the shards have the percentages coded to them when you get them or when you use them? 


Let's talk about support. I lodged a compliant and asked the previous question within the game. I got a automated response then nothing else. That is garbage. I responded to the automated response asking for my question to be answered and crickets. I have been playing the game for around 80 days. It takes awhile to get 53 ancient shards. If I am going to save them for an event I would hope that it would pull at least better than non event percentages not worse. I wanted someone to acknowledge this and make it right. In my first couple months I have spent $235 on the game. I was planning on spending $100 a month. I would like to buy a couple packs right now, but I am no longer going to spend a dime on this game until someone at plarium makes this right. It wouldn't cost them anything. Acknowledge they lie about % or say I had bad luck but you know what here are 4 or 5 sacred shards that will get you to the 16% epics. 4-5 Sacred shards is a small price to pay to keep a customer paying. I doubt they will do this though. It is their loss, they will continue to lose paying players and fall down the app charts. Good luck explaining that to your investors. 


Last but definitely not least is Arena. What a joke. This is probably the main reason I am angry about the shard pulls. My team has 4 maxed heroes and 104k power and can't get out of Silver 1. I can tell by what other players are saying and the games own progress missions that this isn't how it is intended to be. How hard is this to fix? Have a generic power level for each level of the arena and throw at least one team in each search that is that power level. I shouldn't be going against 4 max S tier legendaries in silver 1 but here we are doing that all the time. Oh here is a team with 75K power should be a win right? Nope they have crazy speed gear that my 250 speed high khatan can't beat. Is it that hard to put a team of the power level appropriate for that division in each search? All it takes is one and the people that want to grind up can do that. It would make these progress mission that may have been easy a year ago take less than months now. It would also relieve some of the pressure off getting an S tier champion, so when you screw people on shard pulls they won't get as upset.

I've been playing for a few weeks now.  I thought I'd offer up some feedback.  This seems the best place to do so.

Let's start with some positive feedback.

  • The art for this game is absolutely amazing.  From the backgrounds to the detailed characters, I really love the art work.  For a F2P game, I was very impressed from day one by the work that went in to the art style.  So, kudos to the art team.
  • The game is a bit of a grind.  But I don't mind that.  I am from the old school RPG appreciation group with games like Final Fantasy I and the first Dragon Warrior.  Repetitive game play doesn't bother me at all.  It all leads to better things down the road.  
  • The animations are smooth.  

Now, a few dislikes.

  • As much as I admire the art work, I roll my eyes at the females drawn with high heeled shoes.  Look, I get that, for a fantasy setting, exotic outfits are THE thing.  Such as women in non-functioning armor or lack of armor altogether (the Barbarian Warmaiden is a pure example of this.)  But high heeled boots with soles that are an inch or more in height?  HIGHLY impractical.  Women do not wear high heeled shoes in rigorous activities.  Heeled boots for those who ride mounts with saddles?  Sure.  But high heeled shoes are a detriment to combat.  The Barbarians females in the game look praticularly ridiculous in this regard.  As do the females in the Bannerlords and Elf races.  The last two are almost in stilettos for goodness sake.  I would love it if the artists changed this.  But I know it won't happen.
  • Some characters are just copies of others.  For example, the Aristocrat and the Avenger are the same characters with just a simple color change.  There is nothing, art wise, that makes these two unique (aside from their portraits.)  This could easily be fixed by altering the hair style of one, the skin color of another, etc.  Even if the Aristocrat had a different head ornament (the feathers behind ears) would be enough.  There are other characters in the various races that look the same but could be unique themselves with just small changes even if they use the same base forms.

Suggestions.

  • The lack of lore.  I've played through the first campaigns and almost completed campaigns a second time on Hard mode.  But there doesn't appear to be any further story advancement.  If there is and I just haven't found it yet, I apologize in advance.  But I love a good game story.  If there is a big boss out there, I want to see it!  Otherwise, why are we continuing to fight?  Please, more story.  Perhaps a weekly or monthly dungeon that focuses on the armies of evil reminding the players that we are not safe yet. 
  • Many of the events require you to face a dungeon boss and obtain an artifact drop from them.  But if you manage to get a summoning shard as a reward, you receive no points in the event.  How about one point for a Mystery Shard, two points for an Advanced Shard, etc.?  
  • Could the developers re-examine how the game pits you against opponents in the Arena?  Many of my top tiers are at level 40 (I'm waiting for upgrades at the moment.)  But they are matched with players who are level 50 or higher with power levels ten to twelve thousand higher than me.  It's entirely possible for a level 50 with seven thousand in power to two shot my team of four wearing mostly pink gear upgraded to, at least, level nine.  
  • As part of the above suggestion, the Dark Elf Kael can single handedly win Arena battles with just two AoE attacks.  Please look at this particular character.
  • Please rename the High Elven character "Jinglehunter."  That's just silly.  What does he hunt, Christmas music?  EDIT:  Ah, it was a holiday character.  Neeeeevermind.

Ok I have a suggestion. Dungeons -> Force, Spirit, Magic, Void, Arcane

I fight at level 1, I get a level 1 potion

I fight at level 2, I still have equal probability to win a level 1 potion

same for all levels, this is not fair.

I would like to suggest that as the levels go up , the probaility for level 2 potion should go up, same for level 3 potions. what I mean is that level 1 potion should not be an option after level 7 and level 2 potion should not be an option after level 15.

HI, i love the game, I’m almost at level 35, but there are some thing I would like to be changed. 

For example, it’s really hard to get silver, and when I try to level up artifacts I spend all of my silver and I only get to level up 1 level. This makes me want to quit this game.. can you fix this, like it can only Fail upgrade two times in the role and not 15 like it happens right now..

Another thing, I would like to trade champions/fighters with other players. This would change everything and keep the game more interesting.


It should be possible to trade 10 or 15 mystery shard for 1 ancient shard, or 25 mystery shard for 1 void shard, or 35 mystery shard for 1 sacred shard..

It would be awesome if this could be done!!

Please try to make some of this suggestions work, please!

found a glitch. For the tourney/event tab if you claim your reward abd click ’go’ it takes your reward and you have to click back in and claim it again that wouldnt be a big deal except the events and tournaments tab takes a very long time to open i dread clicking on them

Champion Fragments

I have some suggestions regarding champion fragments

majority of players cannot win all fragments as it needs us to be perfect at the game. so many users are unable to collect every fragment and that makes these champions impossible to get. there has to be a way for us to get the leftover fragments either through market or some other means


Infact I know a great way ahead for fragments.

Plarium should intriduce a wildcard fragment which can be used for any champion. there should be a special contest or a regular contest where one can win wildcard fragment and each wild card fragment can be used for any champion. it is a pretty good suggestion.

I'm in serious need of help. For months I've been wondering why everyone is so much better than me, why everyone can so easily build their characters, and I'm spending thousands of dollars, and not getting anywhere. And everyone tells me they hardly spend anything. Well, it's because people, not me, have the ability to farm dungeons on Auto Raid. Can literally play all night, without having to sit there and hit play. I can't do that. WTF?? No wonder I get tired before I even run out of Energy. I wondered why I never run out, but can't get any farther because of my skills. So here I am spending all this money, wasting all this money, because I don't have the option to Auto farm or Auto Raid. So how do I get this feature? Actually think I deserve some type of compensation. Thousands of players have this auto feature. I seem to be the guy left out. Why???? Why am I left out of having this?
