Anyone else have issues with the game just freezing for no reason? That's a rhetorical question because of course you do. When will this be fixed?? It is worse when it is a clan boss fight and a key is lost and have to wait another 5 hours for a key (or buy one.. ) then lose out on resources and the reward because you didnt have enough points for the reward you were aiming.
I just had my clan boss battle freeze twice in a row, both keys lost.

This issue is really starting to irritate me I loose clan boss keys daily along with arena tokens and energy....I'm about to just delete this game and find another to playDid you tried with different wifi 4G vpn? What if if you are playn under plarium play?

Seems like in the last 2 weeks they were finally able to fix the issue (don't recall the exact day, but it was more than a week ago and less than 2).
Now, if you don't mind unnerfing a champion I worked hard for...Losing clan boss keys from game freezingon me, just happened a few minutes ago :(

My clan boss froze twice today out of three keys. It takes my team 38 minutes to die. I click auto and walk away expecting to see a results screen. Instead, I see a frozen screen on turn 35-48. This is becoming intolerable. Using a Samsung Galaxy S10. Never had this problem until recently. Now it's a daily problem. Please Plarium, look into this. It is stealing any fun out of the game to have it constantly momopolizing my phone due to needing to repeat half-hour fights for no reason.

Every time I lose a key, I lose a tier of chest and another day. It really is having a big impact and ruining the game for me.

Our devs are workn to fix this type of issues like freezing in CB. The compensation is addressed to who affected by the plarium play client issue.
