I have the same problem. Happened to me right after update. Looks just like the picture. "Unable to load resources". It works on BlueStacks. It also works if I make a new game. It just wont load my account on my phone..... No idea what to do. Looks like no one cares. The memory and internet answers were really dumb.

They got around to sending me another message and said the developers are investigating the problem.. so hopefully they find something. Until then they gave me a link to play it on PC

My game won't work on any phone or bluestacks.. it's definitely a plarium issue. I even tried new account and it still wouldn't work..

I have 87 load on resources, I've uninstalled and load this game 14 times but it never gets any further. Does anyone have any suggestions please? I contact help but they just say they'll contact the game administrators and close my ticket.

So I found the issue with mine. NOTE 9 . I turned off my download booster the phone comes preinstalled and everything works fine now . Game loads up no issues have been playing for 5+ days now no issues

OH.. MY... GOD!!! THAT SOLVE WORKED FOR ME TOO!!!I have been trying everything I could think of from trying to sideload to trying to run in safe mode and it was as simple as hitting a switch. Well done my friend... Well done...

Indeed, disabling the "Download Booster" fixed things right away.
