So plarium losing my account, and have not done anything in 3 weeks. is just pure waste of time and money.

Edit: took 3 weeks but got it back today

There doesn't seem to be a very positive outlook in this thread. I'm still working with dthorne on my account ...it just sucks it's been about 2 weeks.

Many have yes.

Also, an update is that Plarium is working with us right now to help us figure this out. We checked in about it today with them.

Hello, I lost access to my Plarium account on 05.05.2024. I wrote to support 06.05, silence. Nothing came to the mail, neither from the bot nor from the support. What should I do?

Hello. I no longer know who and where to write messages asking for help. 08.07.24 my um69795454 | 67983708 account has been stolen. The attacker linked Google authenticator to it. I can no longer log in to my account. Your support team ignores me and does not respond. More tickets have already been sent and there is still silence from support. Please help me restore my account.

My main account got hacked last friday....sent in a ticket the same day but still, one week later(!), have not got a response other than the auto reply-message....how long til you look at my case?

Unfortunately the mod team can't directly help you with this issue. Support are the only people who can resolve it for you. 

You've done the correct thing opening a ticket to start the recovery process though.

Filled out a ticket today. For whatever reason, there was a connection issue and I was prompted to log out and log back in. I did so and when the game loaded, I was set back to level 18. I was level 30! It was as if my account was reset to when I had just started playing. I dumped over 80 dollars into this game! 

I lost all my progress, my hard earned team, a $9.99 subscription and $70 worth of booster and armor packs. (Google play confirms I paid for services, apparantly, not rendered). I'm a new player and was having fun until now. 

I'm gonna give you guys your 48hrs to respond/resolve this before I take any further action. I'm too old for this crap.... 

Hrm, I've never heard of this before. Sorry to hear it. 

Nonetheless, please be patient with support while they get to your issue. I understand it can be frustrating, but keep in mind support times might be a bit longer than usual.
