
Exactly what I came here to mention. The Prime Gaming offer for Genbo produces a code, but whether you input the code into the Raid Shadow Legends Mobile App, or use the Plarium Play PC app no message appears: no confirmation (though the sound effect plays, and no error code pops up.)
My mailbox does not contain him, and I am afraid if I try one either of my devices one more time, I'll be locked out of the promotion.

Popped up a few hours ago, hopefully will resolve itself sooner rather than later.
I also am missing genbo after copying code at prime then pasting in game at promo code, but no genbo im mailbox or in champion collection, he is not shown as collected in the index either. However if I go back to prime site it says I have already collected him.
This is exactly what Ive got. Tried reentering the code... and it just does nothing. Stays on enter code screen and doesnt acknowledge it even had a code entered.
Well its a fail for my account as well. I thought I was ok after the 2nd message about delivered some fixes but no. I entered the code got a message "processing" then nothing happened & no not in inbox. Unhappy as therre has been no subsequent message & I worry the game will record me as having used my code.

I had sent an e-mail to support earlier right after I posted here.
After reading their response and being told it was being fixed, I replied back to them, and had suggested that they ensure that they either disable the promo code limit counter, or simply reset it for the multitudes of us that can't redeem our codes.
You know, because I figure some people out there tried their codes multiple times and won't be too happy if they're locked out for 24 more hours in addition to the redemption not working immediately. ;)

At last I finally got my Genbo. I dont understand the problem. I don't know why it took so long so long to resolve. I dont understand why the fixed message was sent when clearly the problem was not fixed. The non delivery was was not an "occasional glitch". So happy to receive it but seriously unhappy about everything else.
