Hello there, unfortunately the referral code i sent my friend is not benefiting me as advertised. I understand this is a newer game so there will be bugs, but i do hope i will eventually get credit for the invite. Thank you.
Also, it’s impossible for me to send an in-game bug report. It keeps telling me to fill out all fields, but I have definitely filled out all apparent fields.

As i know the refferal system works. But important is you need to use the link for download and the new player is completely new player.I hope it will help. Please contact with us if its still not works. Plus for in game ticket please check the subject of your support ticket may it missed.
Same thing here. I sent links out to two of my friends and they both signed up. Exact same process. One is tracking fine, and one is not. I have the dates I sent the links, screen captures of the text messages when they received them, and their player ID’s.
I’ve previously sent in an in-game support ticket with the relevant info, but I did not receive a response, and the support chat was wiped over the weekend.
Would love to get things linked up.

My wife downloaded the Raid game this past Saturday and sent me the link. I went to the link, download it, and started playing. She has also sent the link to two others and they have also downloaded the game from that link and started playing as have I and not one link with in the referral code has occurred.

Same problem here, I invited 6 friends to play, 4 of them are already 20+ but no reward so far...
Add me to the list. I've sent three referral links out and have gotten credit for none. During my most recent attempt, I made doubly sure my friend used my link and that he had never installed the game before. It's been almost 24hrs, he's enjoying the game, but the link never connected to my account. It's disheartening.
I'm not going to make empty threats to stop playing the game, because I enjoy it and will play regardless. I just wish I could get a response to the three tickets I submitted instead of a canned reply and auto-close.
So I too am having the same issues listed above. I downloaded the game from the link on 3 different devices. All 3 accounts got to level 10, and I’ve received nothing.
