Same here - ascended three champions from three factions today - grinner, skinner and Armiger and got 1 count out of 13.
It’s not playable.

Same issue for me. Ascended champions from all 13 factions, some twice, and the counter is stuck at 2. Giant waste of potions!! Please fix and compensate!!

I got the same bug. I ascended champions from each of 13 fraction twice, to check if I made a mistake but the counter stay at 6/13 instead. Please fix it. Even though it would be nice to receive official feedback to that bug as soon as possible.

Did pen and paper list, ascended one of each faction, only 3 registered, this is bugged!

All ascend champions are not counted in battle pass at all. I did all factions just to find out that system dont work at all very unhappy as lost a lot of potions. Please fixed asap

This is crazy! Stuck on 11 of 13 and I have done the ascentions 2 times for all....such a waste of energy gems silver and energy!

I have the same bug. I'm stuck on 8/13 and I should be at 11/13. I've been writing down each time I did it to keep track. And I just did my first Dwarf and it did not change.

I have the same problem and the support ticket doesn't work either. I'm stuck at 4/13, probably done every faction 3 or 4 times.

Same issue. I did 11 of 13 yesterday, got credit for 6. Retried and did 7 today, still stuck at 6. No way to know what did register and what didn't, plus potion waste.

I too am having this very problem I have done 10/13 but I am stuck on 6 and it wont update. I am using a galaxy note 9 with the latest software and hardware updates.
