The same thing is happening to me I have ascended around 2-3 for each faction wasting energy and time trying to get the last achievement for the week to get my legendary gear. Very annoying especially for the players who have spent money on your game. Also the support button will not work in the game making difficult to get anyone to fix it. Leaving a 1 star review and never spending another dime unless this is fixed!

Quests with time limits also turns into bugs that have to be solved before said time limits.

I have the same problem. I did every 13 (made me a list :-) ) but only 6/13 are show as done :-(

Same for me, I’ve ascended all factions twice but am stuck at 13. It’s also annoying that there is nothing to indicate which factions you have gotten credit for.

Same here, have done all 13 factions but progress only shows 13. Then started over with 7 factions and still only progress shows 5 out of 13.

Now they acknowledged some downtime, but not this issue. AND the ingame support is still down! Do the admins read this forum?

Seems to be fixed.. maybe. I tried again. Marking everyone down as I went along. Only from 0 ascensions to 1. Worked for me.

I am in the same boat, and mine is not fixed. i have ascend all the factions, some several times. and im stuck at 12 / 13
I emailed support and got auto mated responses. any help would be appreciated, i dont wont to lose out on, for me, what would be 2 lvls of the battle pass.

I think I’ve figured it out. It may be a combination of one or the other or both but I used only ones at least rare quality and at least level 5 and it finished out the 13 needed. I think they can’t be level 1.
