Same for me. I put in promo code, got Processing message, but got nothing. : - ( Please fix and put out announcement so all those with same issue/problem can see.
To everyone still running into issues, please take a gander at this thread. Everything should resolve itself - even those whose codes who are no longer working and have not received their Genbo yet.
I dont even get a reply from entering a code... just does nothing. It takes it and then does nothing, not even a warning or error. Tried the website... nothing there either.
