RodolBot Automation tool for Hydra

Just watched a Kruysen video with a full demo of a rule based tool which is currently in Alpha which will allow users to set rules that would do the necessary checks that we would do manually and run the skill you would manually run given the conditions in an automated fashion.

It also allow you to preview the run and seems to correctly identify what will happen in that run, for instance when Titus will receive the mark.

I know this is still in alpha but it looks like something that is exactly missing in the game specifically having to run hydra battle manually for maximum damage.

My question, is Palarium aware of this tool development?  If not, can a mod bring this to their attention so we can determine whether this tool will not break any rules of game use causing bans.

Here is a link to the video:

Its been mentioned to the CMs.  As of right now Plarium has not made an official announcement about it one way or the other.

Personally I dont think itll be allowed but will have to wait for something official.

Thank you, let us know once a decion has been made.  I do see the preview potentially being a problem, but the reality is we need to restart our runs to get the most out of Hydra and that is just time consuming.

I don't understand how one guy can help the game so much in terms of Hydra time management yet Plarium can't seem to code it's own game more efficiently for auto play.  IMO.  Thanks again

The developer posted on discord today that Plarium said it was a non harmful tool.  But im still waiting for something more official.

I think waiting for an official statement is the right approach. Tools like this can be really useful for reducing repetitive gameplay, but it's important to know where the developers draw the line between quality-of-life improvements and automation. Clear communication with the community matters in situations like this, and a platform such as  could m  ake it much easier to keep players informed about policy updates and official decisions.

I didn't think you were a bot but your language was very bot-esque lol.  I'm also interested in whether this is allowed.

RodolBot’s developer states: "It only reads what RAID already shows on screen, and clicks the same buttons you'd click yourself. Nothing the bot does is something you couldn't do by hand."

However, the more important question is how the prediction and simulation side actually works. The information visible on the screen alone does not appear to be sufficient to reliably predict certain Hydra events, such as when a specific champion will receive the mark or be devoured. Those predictions seem to require a much deeper understanding of the underlying game logic, hidden calculations, or additional data that is not directly displayed to the player.

The automation itself is not the most interesting part here the real question is how the tool is able to reproduce and predict the game's internal behavior with such accuracy.

Are these related to the MooreBots in live arena? NextGen stuff?
