With a new account your best character gets locked out most of the time. You better forfeit asap when you see lego's pop up on your opponents  to not waste your own and your opponents time.

Nothing to address AFK... wtf!!!

None of these do anything... stupid mfers...

It's 5 things that do absolutely nothing to even hint at making it tolerable. Just another jab at everyone but the 0.5% of the playerbase who cares about the game mode. We need a non toxic way to farm crests, but it will never happen.

I almost never do live arena. For some reason decided to play some last night. Every other fight is a clock runner, even after time hits zero it goes another 5 seconds before pick or move. Sick of these people.

Also match making is a absurd joke. Ive got 4.8k points, the lowest match up I came against other than a bot was 30k points all the way up to 60k points. 

Yep won't bother with this mode again for a long time as it is a complete joke.

Just a couple fyis of my understanding of between seasons

1. Matchmaking is completely random within tier

2. Afk is slightly more common unfortunately 

3. It is way easier than during seasons

4. Opponent is 10x more likely to quit, many win 1 or 3 and quit rest of bag. I win 5 and quit rest of 10.

Honestly, small sample size here. I challenge anyone (have thrown this out there since day 1 of the crying about LA Matchmaking) to post a full 10 match screenshot to support the complaint.  I expect 0 takers as usual...

If you want area bonus (which are incredible for pve), off-season farming of live is what you should do.  

That can't be why you do it.  You are a couple thousand pts ahead of me in LA so you've got to be swimming in unused crests.  I have 100k Gold LA Crests waiting for when they finally add Chimera.

However, I will certainly second the statement that off-season LA is definitely an easier time to bank wins.

What have you maxed out in the area bonuses? 

That's not necessarily why I do it, but certainly why those ignoring it should be doing it.  I am definitely swimming 😆.

I guess eventually I'll start maxing out other area sand save enough for chimera and new additions.

I use 3 champs and 2 chickens for my grinding team

Across 2 accounts I only lost once so confident its 99% with good merciless. Masteries different on my alure, but both were consistent 1.5 minutes.  Edward (assassin) is definitely 100% but I couldn't figure out how to make food die so my runs were 2.5 minutes plus.

Allure, Cruetraxa and Edward can solo it a reasonable pace.  Marius + CH is a pretty fast 2 man. 

I use 2X Gnut to run FK20 with 3 food toons.  It is reasonably quick.    

I'll have to rebuild an Alure or build Edward to see if I can solo it.  

That'll give me a reason to use more Crests.

Everything that matters to my account:  Hydra, Sintranos, Faction Wars.  

I do have FK at L10 on DEF, SPD & ACC, L3 on all others. I can finish all of FK and still have more than enough sitting around to max Chimera the day it is added.

Fyi. Pretty sure edward doesn't even need books.

Yes. This is about what most days in the off season look like. When possible, I try to finish with 3 losses so I can start with a Bot the next day.
