Shard rates haven't changed in 7 years, dont see it happening now.  Only pull during 2x events, and when you get additional value such as fusions / paths / decks.

You're using shards when there is neither an active event nor a boost. What do you expect to happen?

Given the number of shards opened, I was expecting legendary, there are already 41 sacred shards opened with 1 legendary. 

There is a fusion coming up in a few days, no shard event going on, and your pulling and wasting. 

You probably gonna complain about fusion champs being op next, while wasting resources like this outside of them and not being able to complete them.

It seems like you are repeating the same mistakes or making new ones that are just as bad.  If you want to grow an account and do well, then you need to learn when to use resources and when to stockpile.  

Just pulling random Sacreds is a terrible idea.  If you wanted to do that, you should have at least pulled them all over the weekend when there was a 2X Boost and a Champ Chase.
