I don't have Titus, Kro'Kad and a Thor, and, in 3v3, I use the squads atached.
Do you think that I must replace one of these champions with 2nd Krixia?
iThose are some solid-looking teams. I might try the 2nd Krixia in place of the 2nd Mikage or in place of the Mithrala.
If we make a petition for poor Krixia, to be gifted to reset another Krixia cooldown, do we have a chance, beside a polite answer that convince us that is better so?

I shall try it when I shall be ready to really fight in 3v3, not to cheat it to receive 5 faction cript keys. Now I am dissapointed that I have to gear up 12 champions, and I must play trice longer then in classic Arena and, with all my effort, to not be able to get to the Ramantu mission border line "Rich Silver III in the Tag Team Arena "

You'll eventually need to get to Gold 1 in Tag Arena to get Ramantu. Tag Arena is the road block for thousands of players.

I would say absolutely yes, though it also depends on thier gear, and picking your battles.
I float around from G2 to G4. Your Toons are plenty strong to make it to G1 (or even all the way to G4), but that largely depends on your speeds, gear, team synergy, and knowing which fights to pick on offense and how to beat the various Meta Toons.
These were my Defense teams last week for G3. Note that I do not use any of these teams as-is for Offense. I select my Offense Toons/Teams based on the Team Comp I am about to fight.

Perception is just as important as Reality in this instance because if your teams look scary and you have a lot of points, fewer people will try to fight you than if you have the same teams but have a lot fewer points.

Is important to have on the defence teams all the gear allways, because they are fighting for me all the time, whithout me?
I get points without combating in person in this way, by my teams fighting in my absence, when an adversary choose to fight with them?
Yes, you need to have them geared.
The only exception is for siege, not arena.
For Siege only, it looks at the gear they're equiped with when matchmaking starts.
