My Karnage is 3 star awakened already. The others will drop, obviously just a bit slower since I don't put in the time to clear. 

Case in point: Amius, normal, not hard;

Team was Kaja, Rector, Kytis, Doompriest and Loki (with 5* brimstone)

I set it on repeat in rsl helper and did some irl stuff. It ran for 5 hours and had 40 fails

I manualled it, *USING ONLY A1s* and succeeded on the first try, took about 20 minutes cause brimstone kept killing him in form 2 and he'd revive

Skill issue, just git gudder

How's your area blessings for it?  Honestly for me these days its very trivial to clear it.  But im not sure how much of that is experience and having built all the champs needed for it.

As for gear swapping a few strong general presets carries so hard. 

Plarium gives you 18 CTs every month homie.  Just build the epics you need.  😛

For me its 98 or 99 on auto, so I bit the bullet the last 2 months and cleared it with a few gear swaps.  If its only a couple stages it's far less than an hour per month.  Definitely worth it since the last stages generally have best rewards plus getting the chest every month now instead of every other. Can't fathom a better use of 20 minutes per month, especially since you can do whenever now.  

As for building champs, I need to 60 every champ on my roster to do training events at this point.  They rarely get masteries and only the epics get books, again for training points. Then they sit naked for 29.5 days a month lol.

See my comment above.   You will kick yourself when u see how "easy" the last couple are with your best gear swapped.   

I did it! I finally did it! I've cleared Normal and unlocked Lydia as a dirty F2P! Beat that dang Lizard faction and got it done. 💪😁

However, as a "Dirty F2P", next time you earn a toon, don't claim it right away. You've waited this long, what's a few more days. Lydia is a Void Lego, so she would've gotten you 650 points on Friday for the Champ Chase.

I hear ya, WileyMan, but I don't do Events & Tournemants. I'm in a F2P clan and we don't stress about CvC or too much else, very chill group. Skipping events allows me time to focus on other things in and out of Raid.

I try to dodge FOMO like Neo dodges bullets. Thanks for the heads up, though!
