I don't understand why the game decided to go into all the bot havens in the game, but yet their being treated like a haven that someone just logged into after being out for 30 days. Why put a bubble on a bot haven? It's stupid. The last times they have done this, they didn't bubble the bot havens. So for 3 days, these bot havens will be bubbled, we can reblock the ones that were raided because of being bubbled. We held these for ransom.

Needs to be fixed in the coding, who ever did this, didn't code it correctly.

If I recall, Pl has claimed that they NEVER created those havens AND, they do not exist.

Whether Plarium Created the BOTS or not is totally irrelevant to the fact that they care so little about the game and only about PROFIT.

The Creator of This game Made his fortune and departed.

ComPlaining here will do you Absolutely no good for the Creator has created something he can't protect and got his money before Plarium starts it's headlong Downward spiral that has been way overdue.

This is now where you need to send your complaints. Do it LOUD and OFTEN let them know they just made a Huge Mistake in buying a failing company.

BTW to Plarium and all the Mouthpieces it has:

I have sent a msg to Aristocrat and advised to to put extra people on it's contact desk because the secret was now out and they would be looked at to save the Game that Plarium raided for profits already and only sold because they knew the games are now dying as they have no way to fix the problems they creted.

Alow cheaters to prosper and this is what happens. Alot of us that gave (used to) 30 ish us dollars a week will dry up quickly. Mulitply that across the games and it quickly becomes a serious loss of income. Expect it. I am there now. Only because of a few issues I reported last month that where completely ignored. When we have multiple folks out there with offence well over 300m..there are issues. I have cashed from day one on this game, don't give me they are old players, you cant get any older than how long i have played. The very least I could of gotten well we are not doing a thing...

Greetings pirates

So now the truth is starting to come out

But not from Plarium How typical

I wish Aristocrat well in trying to fix a game that might beyond repair

This goes for all the games they bought

For yrs now Plarium has ignored players and raped them for profit

Hopefully this is a change for the better

Cheers

Pokie manufacturer Aristocrat has upped its bet on the online gaming market with the $US500 million ($635 million) acquisition of Plarium, the Israeli gaming company behind Vikings: War of Clans.

Aristocrat's shares rallied as much as 6.15 per cent before closing up 1.9 per cent at $21.19 on Thursday.

I am very disgusted that Cheaters prosper.. thie is proof all sense of Fair Play is Dead.

The truth has been out of the closet for a year now.. but no one would listen.....
I tried to tell everyone since sept 2016 about this problem.
Insiders have leaked that Plarium is behind trying to make others spend more by allowing if not condoning Hacker actions.

I said 6 months ago that Plarium cooked their books when I read about them on Wallstreet and suspected they were trying to sell out

50 Million players my foot. fastest growing Game Company my foot..

Pirate Bay has over 800K havens started and less than 2000 active players.. most of them are alternative accounts.

Plarium updated thier TOS Jan 2017 to include "USA Players agree not to join any class action suit against Plarium if they Continue to play this game" or words to that effect.

Plarium has commited Fraud .. Aristocrat has bought a lot of Bad Faith. Makes me sick to think they got away with this.

Aristocrat needs to Audit Plarium books for actual cash flow. I know of some players that have over 100 alts each.. I gave up reporting them all.. I wanted to play for fun not make a job out of reporting people. I stopped spending Sept 2016.. I have only stuck around to be a witness in criminal prosecutions

Believe me-- if Aristrocrat wants to they can take legal action over this.. so don't give up.. Plarium is trying to take the money and run.

Bernie Madoff would be proud of Plarium

Thanks for the update.  Since we have the attention of a Company representative, could you please give us guidelines that we can use to determine what may be suspicious behavior for a bot in the game?  That would help tremendously.  Putting in a ticket and calling it "suspicious behavior" hasn't gotten the expected responses from support.  Support does not respect most of the player's concerns; and that's a documented fact.

Please define "suspicious behavior" for bots.and the turn around time for a response from support--a real person response and not the robotic automatic messaging.  Recall it is the company, not the players, that created the bots, control the bots, program the bots.  So surely Plarium can give the players some idea about what to look for and how to report it.

I also suggest that Plarium begin an official bug report for increased transparency for these type of situations.  It might alleviate players reporting Plarium, too, as "suspicious behavior".

Hello, Captains!

Be sure we are fighting with bots in the game and we try to take measures each time when we face such accounts.

We're aware that recently some suspicious accounts got a temporary protection. Unfortunately, it's an annoying coincidence. Please note that we don't protect such accounts from any attacks.

Soon their protection will finish and the bubbles will disappear. We apologize for this situation.

Let me also remind you that if you suspect someone of being a bot, please forward your requests to our Support Team and our specialists will take appropriate actions.

Happy Hunting!

Hi there!

There is no exact definition of "suspicious behavior". But, as a rule, you can identify bot accounts by following points:

1) The Haven has a strange name. For example "5dyro6";

2) There is a line of such Havens on the map;

3) All of these Havens have the same level and the same creation date.

If you see something similar in the game, please, don't hesitate to contact our Support Team. By the way, we try tracking bot-services in the game permanently and from time to time we block such accounts massively.

So if you know how they are, and they are in line on the map, why you don't login and within a pair of hours you have catch all the bot accounts?

LOL. In three words: a- we -some.

As I said before, we try to block such accounts massively via our automatically system. And also we ask you to help us reporting such accounts to our Support. Be sure, we're fighting bots in the game but we cannot block all of them at once.

These bots have already been blocked by support many times and always find a way to re-activate - obviously, this should not be possible, but hackers are driving double-decker busses through loopholes in your code and security

Why weren't these havens 'flagged' so that alarms would ring when they try to login again? ... or at least keep a list?

We should not need to report them because support should ALREADY have full details and coordinates

Some of the more sophisticated bots are using Whirlpools to move around the map, and some have joined brotherhoods. Those bots that are building units are known to be winning rubies from prize tournaments
