I don't think there is cheating involved. On some occasions, Cpt. Anne O'Malley sends units. One such occasion is when an inactive player returns to the game. Now, Sue doesn't have a bubble, so she wasn't away for very long (I don't  know how long for a bubble, but I think it's between 2 weeks and a month). However, she may have been away for a while and then return.

I see that she has active prestige, which could be from levelling up on prestige, which might be related to these reinforcements, or those may have come from completing one of many quests that the game puts on us.

Since you're blocking her again, check the Garrisons tab. It'll tell you when was she last active, and I expect (if you check today) that it'll be "today" or "yesterday".

Long story short: she likely finished some quest or got those reinfs for being away for a while (but not long enough for a bubble).

well it still works for them as long as Total Control isnt available in english ... it is way cheaper and obviously way more effective, so if players would have the choice they would of course pay total control instead of plarium, as plarium offers no service in comparison.

crazy idea: as plarium devs speak russian they should get a total control account and build up a real "ingame security" with thousands of bots themselves to fight the bot-brotherhoods ingame?

The official reply was already given multiple times. No need to create new threads on the same topic. As I said before, our game is secure against cheats. No one can obtain Units, in-game currency, Resources or Items in an unfair way. You can receive them only for your in-game activity or in-app purchases. 

There are no working cheats that give you free Units/Rubies for Pirates. If someone claims he has one, he is spreading false information. If someone shares such programs, it's usually phishing that is aimed to get your game login and password (steal your account), and it doesn't work the way they claim it to work.

You might have probably heard about another program that is a bot program. It has the same functions as the game client. We ban for using it, but it can't give any advantages. It is a substitution of the game client, and you can do many game activities using it. But nothing beyond that.

That's not part of the Stronghold. I believe it belongs to a Tavern. As I said, at some point it was possible to stack different buildings in the same spot. There are very likely WHs and Cellars there too.

Not every error means that "the servers get hacked".

So did plariums server get hacked. Oh, very much so. Sad thing is that I an end user had to prove to them that it happened. I am just glad they don't have my credit card information. Because if they told me right now that a person never got to that, I would have no logical reason to believe them, they couldn't even find this out when it was told to them and they were warned it was happening.

I like this bug.

Another instance of writing scripts/coding! On The Golden Coast server:

... apparently people writing/running scripts in the game !?!? -> This person -1474; 1070 (L54), just had 27K Bonnies on a Treasure Island.. there is NO WAY they could make that many. AND...

That is the 3rd-4th person from that same bh ( ### MARIA GAME ### ) that has done/is doing this (putting 10K-30K Bonnies on TI's... all lower level players, with NO way they could make that many. (they do it frequently) And all their havens are blocked by the Independence brotherhood too.

SOMETHING is wrong or they are really cheating (writing scripts/code) in the game.

What can be done!?!?

The real truth of the matter is that if Plarium gave us even a tiny bit of the truth it could open them up to some pretty major international lawsuits and that is the only reason they don't tell the truth and hide behind you guys.

There is enough documentation on the forum it's going to make an impressive news story and not thing one Plarium can do about it as it's all in their forum and that's a public domain and even if they change that, way to easy to create an account and get it unless they wipe the forums.

The more the public knows of this corruption the fewer and fewer people will play this or any of Plarium Games.
