this happened today, all the Player did was reporting screenshots as proofs for blackmailing and cheating, he did it in a polite way, but this was his reward ...

So please all Report to the Support and the game will be dead tomorrow because everyone gets banned except for three Players and their 1000 accounts ....

Guys, such behavior is definitely not allowed in our game. Please report all cases to Support Team. They will take the necessary measures. I understand your wish to share it on Forum, but it's not in my power to take any disciplinary measures. Only our Support Team is authorized to do that.

The hierarchy of plarium representation on the forums is Alyona the community manager and the moderators. Any information  moderators give out to the forums is information we are told we can release by a CM.  Moderators are players who give up 10 hours or more of their time  a week to  help players with the knowledge they've  learned from the games.  When it is a topic we are not able to handle or is within our jurisdiction to handle you are referred to support. Essentially anything concerning programming we have no control over or the means. There is a separate team responsible for this - support

No one on the forum has the ability or means to handle alts, bugs,  bots, or extortion.  Anything we're not able to handle that requires attention is forwarded to a Community Manager, who sends it to support.  

The issue above is extortion right, So this is the support path chosen - You > Forum > Moderators > Support > Forum > CM/Moderators

I encourage you guys to use the forum, but if it obvious its not something we can handle, it may be best in the future to go directly to support first.

I don't know about someone else but if i was in this support i will do a check on a whole server because that is where i will get my salary from.

Despite all these reports they are sending an automated reply every time, you want us to submit more tickets?

What the heck happened to last one? Why we have to care only when it is PLARIUM who is earning (looting) money from us. 

We are not getting a dime out of it instead we are the one's who are paying these people who aren't bothered with our problems.

So just tell me why do we keep playing & Keep paying salaries of them???????

So some BH are selling haven and Plarium allowed that?

Maybe, JUST MAYBE, people would stop posting about this monumental problem here and anywhere else, if PLARIUM (not a Moderator and not a CM) were to at least acknowledge that there is a problem and they are working to resolve it and find a way to compensate the people fairly. 

No offense to the CM and Moderators but you guys are all just stifled mouthpieces for Plarium. Don't give me any BS about how they have to spend 10 hours a week, they are more than compensated for it.

I think it is possible, its hard to do, and expensive, however I do think it is possible.

they have 160 members, a lot are very active, in the prize take down, + if they buy the development offers ( not the winners army offers, ) with real money, they make large amounts of units in the take downs, boost the attacks and recalls, and rebuy from the surgeon the " Dead units" with their rubies, also all splitting up to make attack and defence units as a team, so half of them support what ever they own ( bastions / presidios )

and half of them do the wet work.

I have done it before, with 10,000 Jugs,

Also you have to be very efficient, with discovery's , pearls, and your Brotherhood communications,

BTW I have had communications with some of Rual, and the ones I talked to where not bots  [ we had a little local difficulty :) ]
