Low and behold my wheel of misfortune has finally changed after 30 + days of being stuck on fortifications
To 50 % off discovery mastery boosts
We will see if it gets stuck there now for 30 + days
But now the dreaded mail bug is back yet again with a vengeance

In case if the bug is easy to reproduce on any account, and it's not account-related, I can pass it to devs directly. But if it requires testing under certain circumstances, or checking game logs/account information, only Support Team can test and document this bug.
Also, in this thread you can receive information about the most common and known issues :)Have you contacted them to let them know it wasn't fixed for you? :)My Wheel says the same since 4 or 5 Week. Do we must really sign up totally different to the support as to the game? With our real life name and the e-mailadresses of the game? Whats with the old tickets - the support already has much datas, e-mailadresses from us. What happens to our open tickets? All done with the Support change?
On the first link you will find the option: you have e-mailed us (yes, i wrote back to a open ticket a few days ago) get a password, but after i tried this i got following:

After two weeks I tried contacting Plarium and received an automated response and nothing since.
Now that they've changed the support page I can't contact at all.
Did they shut down support?

I just find it hard to believe it is taking this long to get this bug under control
Plarium is losing revenue by not fixing it
Nobody is going to spend rubies buying the same useless item offered to them for the last 30 + days
And we all know that Plarium is revenue greedy
The developers and programmers can spend all kinds off time screwing up the TI's Prizes and what ever new tweeks they plan putting on the players
But cannot take the time to fix the bugs that are affecting game play
Again well done Plarium
If i ran my company like you run yours i would be out of business by now
