@Amodeus, you're unblocked now.
"Spam" usually means that you were sending too many URLs (whatever "too many" means to Plarium's automation). I would advise sending fewer of those or moving to Discord for link-heavy conversations.

I guess it's a way to make sure the customers return? A bit like some car repair shops creates jobs for themselves when you put your car into service :p

Same problem.
Same message as in both Amadeus' and Lizzie's screen shots.
Same result when clicking to "contact" SUPPORT TEAM (ie: directed to this forum - which is not helpful and a giant time waste before the search function turned up a relevant thread.)
Please assist in correcting the problem. Thank you.
