Neither me nor my mates have any problems, so this might be on your side. Try these, in order:

1. Update your app if it's offering any updates.

2. Reinstall the app.

3. Completely uninstall and then reinstall the app.

Удаление и установку  Plarium Play, делали по всем правилам через панель управление Windows c последующей чисткой реестра всех следов активности программы. Установлена самая последняя версия программы: "2025 © Plarium Play v10.4.0-0.0.0 (3.25082.680)"

If it's still not working, then I am out of ideas. Please contact the support, and make sure to mention that you did the full uninstall+install (or that'll be the first thing they suggest you try).

Сделано всё, что указано в рекомендациях. Почистила кэш, удалила игру и на компе, установила заново. но толку ноль! Как было 99% загрузки, так и грузит не полностью!!! В службу поддержки написала...а толку? Такая ситуация у многих!!! Пишут, что не хотят бросать игру! Решите проблему, будьте так сказочно любезны!

Здраствуйте. Игра загрузилась, зашла, но функции висят..маров нанять не могу, так же почта..отправить ответ не могу... не реагирует, висит

Вчера кое как зашла в игру, но начало глючить так, что пришлось выйти. Но обратно, так и не удалось войти. И опять на 99% встало. Такая ситуация не только у меня, у многих!!!! Обратите внимание, пока игроки не бросили игру. Решите проблему наконец!

The investigation so far has shown that there is some problem on the side of Russian players. I don't think Plarium can do much if it's your network. Do you maybe have a way of trying a different network?

Even VPN might route the traffic via some channel that might work. Although not completely away from Russia, I'd expect that to work, but I can't know for sure.

In which country was VPN's APN? I access the game just fine via an APN in Ireland.

As for the phantom messages, both them and reports are bugs older than some players in the game. I don't think we'll ever see those fixed. 😂 Reload usually helps. Usually...
