Please address the matchmaking issues. They’re becoming increasingly problematic, leading to a significant number of players leaving the game. Please stop introducing new weapons/mechs and focus on resolving the internal issues. 

You’ve lost your way and become overly money-driven. We’re frequently battling bots, and in 90% of matches, we’re facing them. 

Make the game fair. Stop offering skins as rewards when you know they’re only intended to encourage us to purchase the mech. I assure you that 80% of the players don’t care about these lackluster skins. This game is becoming increasingly bot-heavy, making us feel compelled to spend more money. Please stop. Enough. 

Let us enjoy what we have and allow us to upgrade already! I’ve been playing for nearly 5 years now (I have older accounts), and I’ve witnessed this game transform from a fun experience into a game where paying 100% is necessary to have any enjoyment. It’s horrible. Whoever is in charge of collecting money and creating the algorithm needs to be fired. Stop taking and start giving back a bit more. But not those lame skins. They don’t actually contribute to our gameplay. Do we want to look good while getting killed? Make the rewards make sense. I spend 15 minutes grinding for a match and end up with 0-2 A Coins (IF ANYTHING). That’s ridiculous.

Don’t even get me started on the rigged crates. We can all see what’s happening. How they magically jump over rewards randomly, get a last-second Jolt, and move forward, making us feel like we almost got it, just to make us spend more money. Again, enough mech arena. Enough. Someone needs to tell you something. Enough!

I was thinking "am i the only one who knows i am playing with bots on My team and real people in the other team and the other team have better mechs, weapons, etc and My team have BOTS" but after seeing the other 2 comments, i can Say what is happenning now while i play... Players keep stucking themselfs on the walls, keep looking back Even with full ammo, keep staring to the infinite in the middle of the battle, etc and that only happens on the team i'm in... WTF with that, and the other team is full humans, what with that too?, i'm a F2P player and it feels really Bad to Say things like these to the Game i liked for many years, but i left a other Game for things like these, many bots joined My team and the other team full humans with powerful machines killed everyone in one minute every round... I liked that Game too, not like this one, but near the same... Oh, and idk if is because i play i'm Mobile but while shooting i cannot change the one i was shooting for the one i want to shoot later, it happened like 4 or 5 times now... Is it a bug or anything else?

An a other thing, is it normal for near every mech to be inmune to the paralize some bots give?, because i use one bot that paralizes the sistems and near every bot i use it with didn't stop moving

Oh and a other thing

Some friends told me they got the mechs and weapons they have very easy on the chests, but when i use it, it never falls on the mechs or weapons, the Best i got are A-coins or whatever they are called, normally i get chips to updrade mechs or money... Blue money... Is it normal to have this Bad luck Even using all My tokens i the same day? (10-14  or more)

Is normal to not want to become a P2W or not?

I don't think the developers want the players to left the Game because these things... Please solve these problems... Is for your own good and the people You created this Game for from Zero

Need more balanced match making, now its either very easy or very hard hardly blanced matchs. it spoiles the fun. and matching with real players will be even better.
