Yeah I got two in-game mails from you guys saying I got free rewards for the glitch or something for the reset yet no rewards I sent it in to the support team and they said oh no just automatically show up in my inventory either makes or weapons so I looked I have no brand new Max I have no brand new weapons this happened today Friday June 5th 2026 my in-game ID number is hold on 96331591 but I feel like I've been screwed over and I spent probably a lot of money on different accounts here and this is the things I get I get two in-game males from you guys saying I have rewards but there's no rewards then I get anything back saying they were sent a certain players those males are certain players for something screwed up on the updates or something like that so I got sent the mails and it gives me two days to collect it but there's no way to collect it and there's nothing in my inventory

One small thing i wish to say is that the f2p community has recently been getting quite angry with the state of the game.

Now before i go further i would like to point out rhat i am not here to be rude or to shame this game and the developers. Plarium has made a great game here, its just felt like it went off track.

Now, i do have a communication disorder so please bear with me. 

I also have knowledge in programming and RnD for products, and i have experience with programming games, and how the debugging works, how there are limits on what can be done, and how people may exploit the game's methods

We understand that you need money, and i bet there are plenty of people spending money on the game, and when they do, they spend a lot. 

The issue has a few facets.

Firstly, unfair or even rigged matchmaking.

When the engine makes a game, it matches people based on squad power, then fills the gap with bots

 However, sp dropping has enabled high level playes to steamroll low level players.

I am aware that this is not able to easily be fixed with coding. However, sp dropping, while annoying, actually can be stopped.

Instead of wondering how we react and stop them from sp dropping, let's adress why they are doing this.

Now, sp dropping boils down to trying to get an easier lobby, so you can easily win. The reason is not for fun, but for quests.

Many events feature objectives that are challenging to complete because they come down to pure luck.

For instance, winning 4 battles in a row. It may not seem hard, but lets do some math.

Assuming the odds of winning a match are 50/50 like in an idealistic game, this means that, using a stat equation, winning 1 is 50% chance, winning 2 in a row is a 25% chance, 3 in a row is a 12.5% chance, and 4 in a row is a 6.25% chance.

This is not statisticaly favorable in any scenario.

As such, people sp drop. If their chance of a win is now 90, then 4 in a row is a 65.61% chance, so they at least have a roughly 50 50 chance of getting the objective.

The fix is simple, 'win X or more battles out of Y battles'

Lets say it is win 4, and it is expected to be able to win half of your battles, so making y equal 8 is a statistical garruntee of doing it, so lets half that.

Here

Win 4 out of 6 battles. Count resets every 6 battles.

Or say it as

Play 6 battles, and win 4 of them.

This is more like a 25 to 50 percent chance of doing it in a single run. 

Now for the other non sp dropper issue.

Balance.

I am in league division 10. And got into a match where my team was bots. But the enmy team had 4 players. 3 of them were in the top 500. This was near the end of a season so they werent just there because they played the first games, but theyd earned that spot. The spots were 20, 53, and 127. I was steamrolled, and the bots on my team were not good.

Here is a simple fix. Don match based on the squad power. Rework it like this. Points.

If player has 5 used mech slots, all enemies and allies should have that same number of used mech slots. If player has for mechs, one legendary, 2 epic, 3 rare, than all enemies and allies also have 1 legendary, 2 epic 3 rare.

Also prioritize mechs from the same rank, so if i have a brickhouse from the login thing, i dont get steamrolled by a citadel or tailstinger.

Bots also must abide by this. 

For variety, maybe a few can have one extra legendary, to make up for them not being a person, aka bots are dumb.

I have one legendary mech, i shouldn't be facing teams where everyone else is all legendaries.

Heck that was happening to me before i got the legendary!

But weapons also are important! If a player has legendary weapons with high dps, pit them against enemies that wont die in one hit, and arent to OP for the players other mechs.

Pilots are similar. Let bots not have overpowered implants and pilots and mods and gear. It ruins our fun

Also, if someone spends money in the game, than add a variable that counts that. Maybe 0 to 5 dollars is 0. 5 to 15 is 1. 15 to 25 is 2. 25 and higher is 3.

Only match players with this same rating. As such, p2w and f2p players have equal chances in the arena.

Additionally make it easier for f2p players to obtain resources and gear. Progression early on is fast, and thats fine, but 9k acoins for a mech like scorpius, or redox? Those are among the first legendary mechs we can buy, and they cost as much as late game items. That makes a brick wall where progress slows and people get angry. Reduce that cost! It makes anyone who isnt pawing money very angry for the first high level things to be that expensive with how long it takes to get acoins 

Also its too unlikely for f2p players to get rewards with the free tokens in the crate rushes, so all our p2w opponents have new shiny op gear and we cannot even complete with them. 

Fixes like these would make the game more fun. And if its more fun it will be recommended to more people, bringing in more revenue as at least some will spend money.

At the moment, i dont recommended this game to people because i feel that while at first its fun, it becomes annoying very quickly with all the above issues.

If those issues werent present, then i would certainly recommend this game to more of my friends. 

Just please, consider my point. A lot of f2p players stay only because they dont have much if any other options. Even if we dont pay, we may tell a friend who does wind up paying.

I repeat, i come in peace, its just some ideas.

Just remember that i at least gave you some ways to fix these issues. Im not going to say there is a problem without providing a possible solution. And from my experience i can confirm that these fixes i mentioned are entirely possible and not too complex to be coded. Even scratch can code these methods!

I got faith in your company, plarium. Take this info, and think on it. 

Its up to you guys now if you want to make this game beter, or risk large portions of the playerbase leaving out of anger and dissatisfaction.
