I have an idea to a possible reason, but im not sure about it. So I'd ask the CMs or Support about what triggers the spam ban from the system.

Sometimes spam filters can mistakenly flag legitimate users. The system does not only look for actual spam, but for certain patterns that may look suspicious, such as sending many messages in a short time, repeating similar content, posting links, using certain keywords, or showing bot-like activity. A normal player can trigger these filters by being very active or posting frequently, even without any bad intentions.

Thanks for the information! I received a notification of a one-month ban last week and I immediately contacted the Support. They have fixed the issue on the same day and lifted my ban.

That's great to hear! Hopefully whatever problem was plaguing Support earlier is now resolved.

by CMs, do you mean Community Managers? I can raise a support ticket, but will they be able to troubleshoot the forum here? Is it a proprietary forum vs a generic forum engine, whatever they are called?

Thanks

I'll let night fury answer about CMs, but regarding Support just reach out the the regular mech arena game support people. In the ticket you need to mention that the ticket is about the forum and include your forum ID (which is different from your in-game ID).
