
While the cause might be debatable, are they manually applying the promo codes for you like they offered to?
They banned the korrosion account for a year so I'm replying from this account (until it gets banned) and no they won't manually add them anymore.. apparently you can ( I can) only have 1 account but everyone else can including their official content ctreator Ruffles that has 4 accounts on the same device and is able to use promo codes on ALL his accounts.. I've been singled out and my account has been hindered by the development team. If you speak negative in any way about this game or the team running it enough you'll get under their skin and they will mess up your account.

I see nothing in the terms of use that prevents anyone from having more than one account. In fact Plarium Play actively supports multiple accounts and switching between them. The email to you from support alludes to "mass account creation", so I assume it's not a case of multiple accounts but too many accounts (from Plarium's perspective).
Anyway I hope it gets resolved. Good luck for that.

3 accounts... 1 p2w account, 1 chump change account and a f2p. They said there is no fix for the seeable future. All research I've done points to my account being red flagged by a person and not a system. They blocked all 3 accounts from using promo codes.
