Plus the in game voice chat.  team work is what always wins games. not the four icons we have while playing.

Or Maybe not have them after a certen tier level. Like not having them after tier 4 or 5. Thats like a training level. By the time we hit tier 6 should be no bots. And only play with real players.

All Great ideas. I think the clan production and mech selling are best. The clan production would be great to help get new mechs

Now, I also think your opinion is right. And I think the developer needs to give common, uncommon, rare things that are not out of meta. For example, Lancer, it will never be as strong as Lacewing, so why not give it a little power like jumping higher or jumping twice and the second time can also be in the air. Or we can also take Shadow and Eclipse as an example, Shadow should be given more stealth time to have a place in the game.
