Hi!

If you hasn't one type of Castle Guards the quest will come to build that unit - this kind of quest is coming  monthly and is last just for 48hrs. In the moment you have build at least one unit from all Castle Guards you will receive the quest to build a Phoenix automatically accomplished with reward of 90 dragons.

Hello :)

You will receive this Quest unless you build the maximum number of the new Castle Guards:

- 10 Nagas;

- 3  Cerberus;

- 1 Phoenix.

If all of them are built already, you won't receive the Quest.

You can build 10 Naga Guards, 3 Cerberuses and 1 Phoenix. 

The price of the phoenix scared me off somehow. 

On the other hand, I thought every castle guard can be bought for 5 times, and thanks for the information. :D

Taking into account that Phoenix gives you +1000 Bonuses to Castle Defense Bonus, the price seems to be fair enough

Not a huge problem, but I think it a bit mean and petty to remove all bonuses from all castle guards - http://prntscr.com/h51rlg

this was probably done at the same time as bonuses were removed from Legendaries and Wraiths .... again, mean and petty (especially when you consider how much we spend on Legendaries)

Players might be better motivated to spend 15 THOUSAND Sapphires buying one Phoenix if they thought it would get decent bonuses from Fortress, Hero Avatar, Relics, Crystals etc

Castle Guards are not usual Defensive Units. The main advantage is that once bought, they'll permanently stay in your Castle and give it Castle Defense Bonus. They can be destroyed, but then revive for free.

you have to open ur construction interface at rigth side on the screen, then choose improvements and u should see all the new and also de red dragons

if u cant see them, check if u have already purchased 3 of them, as the moment 3 is the max red dragons u can purchase.
