You are not alone Red. I don't find attempts by Plarium representatives to censor discussion at all helpful. Everybody knows that sending support tickets gets you nowhere fast. And if you don't like their decisions, then they direct you to this Oberon character who's obviously too busy to respond to mere mortals.

I understand that Mods are volunteers and am cool with that. But should they be dealing with Plarium's livelihood? That is, the paying player. 

Surely somebody gets paid in this joint and has responsibility to the consumer? And not just some glorified social media manager. Now that would be a person worth raising our concerns with

They got banned in two ways: the first one is via Support team if you sent a complaint to them, the second on is via automatic check that is run on the servers regularly.

Also, you can just add Master's accounts to the Black List. If you ignore his messages, you have nothing to be worried about in terms of the security from your account.

2. Security of your account.

From our end we do everything possible to secure your account. Devs are also working on the new feature for plarium.com to increase the account security. 

Still, really a lot in account security depends on you as an account owner. You should always remember these basic recommendations and always follow them as they can help you to avoid hacking and keep your account secure:

1. Change your passwords on a regular basis. Use lower and upper case letters along with digits and/or symbols.

2. Do not disclose your login details to third parties. You can make absolutely sure that your personal email, social network account, and computer/device are secure with you. However, you will never be able to control how your credentials are handled by other individuals you pass them onto.

3. Make sure that your browser has safe browsing mode (incognito mode) enabled.

4. Use up-to-date antivirus software and never open suspicious links or spam messages.

Also, I highly recommend enable 2-step verification. Connect your phone number to your email account and receive SMS codes to login into it.

It is also possible to connect an alternative email to your Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook account. This functions as an additional security feature when anybody tries to recover or obtain login credentials.

Its not so much the security of my account that concerns me.  I have already pointed out deficiencies in the tools Plarium gives us to secure our accounts to my VIP rep.

I won't spend money on a live for 1000 years tome from Plarium. 

But I think the answer to your question was already explained when you make a purchase. If you have level 3 level 1 walls and buy a level 1 set, those gets upgraded. 

If you have 3 level 2 walls and buy a level 2 walls tnothing happens to wall over level 2

If you have 3 level 2 walls and buy a level 3 walls those 3 walls gets upgraded to level 3.

It doesn't add more wal. The number of sapphires required to upgrade a level 1 wall to level 2 is the same as when you buy a level 2 wall. 

So your offer was very fair Mr VIP or soon to be :)
