Ironapex many players on your server agreed to the suggestion put forward for league activity and forcelimits on beacons and its why you have league activity in your game now, I can only say to you all how it worked for us but we did hate it for a while I can tell you that untill we realised the benefits it has given us.
Over time we learned how to utilise it so now instead of us being a weak league, we are a formidable league, the trick is to make sure when and if leagues want to do the merge that the main team from the mostly inactive league all come over together in a group, having a group of friends to moves with makes it much more smoother to settle in and work together with your own team.
If you have a small league that is just a few real players and full of alts then it wont work if you have 2 players away for say 1 month who have 20-30 alts in your league, but if you have 2 players with just 2-4 alts then you just put the alts down to neo spot for the duration the real player is away and your league wont have a problem if you only like a small league, its what they do here on my server, I can only offer tips on this because we have already been put through this, worked out how to utilise it as best we can because its here to stay on my server the league activity
Your server will get beacon forcelimts as most of the players on your server asked for it many times, now its up to you the players to make sure your vote counts and the players understand what forcelimit they are voting for, low forcelimit means more leagues have a chance to keep beacons in their league
