Lord Oracle, nice to see you're active on Forum again
Let me reply to the concerns you brought up here:
You can't ignore all evidence out there. No evidence suggest that the game has got better with new features, contrary evidence show, beyond any doubts, that the game has gotten worse with new every new added feature.
Have you ever thought how often we tell about the positive feedback we had regarding this or that service? I'm not talking about games only, but about any service you receive or use in your real life. I don't think it happens too often. And it's not only about us, but about the majority of people.
Negative emotions give us stronger motivation to come and talk about things we don't like.
I don't ignore there are negative comments regarding Champions, but there are positive ones as well. Here you go with the example:

Yes, they are not so often because people used to keep some positive emotions to themselves. That's why when reading feedback regarding this or that feature, you caт draw conclusion it's only the negative one.
There is no evidence that Plarium need to keep players playing the game, this clause, even though you threw it to entice some emotions, is largely false. Contrary, Plarium upper management, has been making statements since 2014 that they don't believe in PC based game, and they are going to follow the money and migrate to the world of mobile gaming, and has been doing so for years. They cut bug management team on Plarium.com by up to 80%, got rid of many support team personnel and cut back on forum spending and CMs. They are taking over 2 years to complete a unity migration, because most of their developers are making new mobile games.
We're working on the new engine for our games to be ready when Flash will stop working. Isn't it one of the main evidence we don't plan to close our browser games?
Why would we create a separate team who is working on this engine if we shifted focus to mobile games?
Plarium is a big company and we can afford developing mobile direction and keep on working on plarium.com games.
I understand you want to show us you have a lot of inside information (like the number of our developers and our main focuses), but please let's avoid sharing false information and giving reasons for other players' confusion.
Keep going in that direction and soon Plarium will require you to swear on oath that the earth is flat, and Alina is the North pole of this ''earth''.
And I just can't go by this new role you're going to give me :) I'm ready to take it with all solemnity
