Serously. How did this happen. Been using battlepass for years, but this is a major snafu..figured to use all the rum I aquired to have 2 ques for maruaders imagine my shock when new que only allowed a couple hundred...sigh all that rum will be washed out to sea by the time they correct this
You can ask for a refund. I don't think you can get much in terms of rum, but it won't hurt to ask for it to be added to your Smuggler's Den. Good luck!
I tried that, requesting a refund. They had a post stating that. Followed the link posted. Several hours later got some note asking me to submit a request...same exact thing i sent the first time. I do not understand why they lack the intelligence to just transfer over everyone who paid for it to this next thing. Extend the time period, something, who knows I would think easier then mass refunds, but now I am dinked out of 2 days of marauder production...lol doesn't seem like much, but they are quick to take your money and it looks like make a slow walk refunding it. Well we will see how much money I contribute to their coffers in the future
you will see if you inherbst again do not pay attention to time reset that was already at the changeover in the fall that will not bring them any money such actions will many to deposit waive

I agree that there are plenty of things that they could do better. Sadly, there isn't much any of us can do about it. 😟

my decision is not to pay any more euros for one of them it won't matter to plarium let's see how it goes from here
Funny thing they sent me a pentence gift, but I still see no refund. I put a note to the community manager to the effect that if no refund then no more purchases . At this point I wonder what they are thinking. To me it would have been easier to fix the time frame so we got the full month than deal with refunds, but after 3 days, that should have occured, (either the fix or send out refunds) so maybe they think we will just let it go.
