Commanders, as already noted, the game and all our servers are working smoothly as usual. Our dev team has checked it from their side. Therefore, the inability to access the game may be a localized issue. I advise you to try reconnecting to another internet network or following the advice of our moderator.
Regarding the "banned players get the 99% load problem", it felt like another nonsense rumour to me, so I asked about it. Here is the official reply (you can choose not to believe it, if it makes you happy):
No, when players are banned, they should receive an error message. If a player has a 99% load, it means that they have some problems with their login or network and should contact support.
As for not spending money, F2P ("free to play") is a completely legitimate approach to the game. No objections there.

Проблема не решена, дальше 99% не идёт загрузка. Правда, 18.07 загрузилось без проблем, потом стало виснуть...вышла, но обратно не могу с того дня загрузить дальше 99%.

Re: -- they should receive an error message
Maybe they should, but they definitely NOT :))

It's not about objections. Its about the right to know, why it's banned, and providing proof. Which your support team refuses to comply with....

There is no "right to know". No company reveals how they catch cheaters, as it would obviously help them circumvent these measures.
Also, you accepted this when you started playing:
Any use of the Service in violation of these limitations is strictly prohibited, can result in the immediate revocation of your license, and may subject you to liability for violations of law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plarium reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be in violation of the rules of use or otherwise outside the intent or spirit of these Terms of Use or the Service itself. In the event of a breach of any of the above, Plarium will decide at its sole discretion what actions, if any, it will take, including terminating your Account, prohibiting you from using the Service, and/or informing the appropriate authorities.
And it's not "my" support. I am not a Plarium employee.

I wasn't asking to reveal how they catch. I have a right to see the proof, not just some meaningless words!
Also when one pays for services ( spend money ) you can't just take away those services and the product itself! pretending one would buy this fairytail about usage of 3rd party software or whatever else.
