Hi i just got my gifts but didn`t get pioneer 9, are they doing pioneer seperate or should i put a ticket in, i hate bugging them
I and others i've talked with, have not got pioneer achievement +1 , hope this is planned as a seperate gift.
We all got our other part of gift, just the Pioneer missing.

hi,question when i put in the id number it shut down my phone game and i resent my plarium id and it fixed it,when i did this is sent the plarium id number thinking this was the id you wanted and never knew anything about another id number,i pay into the game and would like to see if i can still get the gift,i mean it's a gift back to players and i'm not to computer sabby so when i saw id i thought this was the id number and i'm sure i'm not alone.i sent a ticket in but no luck,i would hope seeing it is a gift for the players someone could fix this.thank you for your time
Jarls, we get a lot of questions about receiving the gifts from the form, so want to clear up a couple of things:
1. You will receive the gift that was chosen in the last filling out the form.
2. Runic Coins and achievement levels are awarded separately from the rest of the gift, so don't worry if they haven't arrived right away.
3. The crediting of the gifts is gradual and will last from 10 to 16 August.
If after August 16th you do not find any of the awards, please contact us and we will check everything.
Please note that only Jarls who entered the correct ID in the Google form will receive a gift. Otherwise, our messengers simply will not find their way to you!
