Login server connection issues, AGAIN. Gets to 80% and freezes, then the message. Cleared cache yadda yadda yadda, no go. Please fix.

I am in the same trouble. Chrome, Firefox, Opera, EA. I tried all the browsers. Cache clear does not solve this problem.

Yes is happening again ... well it happened between OP and now also another time ... seems to be a continuous problem ... good thing I didn't just start my 30 minute 30% construction upgrade item and then have this happen and then not be able to do upgrades while it is active ... it is really getting irritating ... and yea we know to clear browser etc.

Yep, same with me. Stuck at 90% then the message to restart .... Done all the tricks as well and nothing. .... Great support by the way ,, LOL

This is a serious problem ... this keeps happening ... you can't feel safe to drop shield and attack and that then you might be disconnected from game for who knows how long ... really making game NOT FUN ...

for a game where we buy pack and gold, and not having them by cheat means, why plarium account suffer so much of bug connexion?
is it a beta game or a real game?
means of communication between members of the clan is already limit, only a chat
report disappear very fast
now we can't connect when we want :(
last time we can't do nothing in the kvk during many hours, during that time, other supports could play: facebook gameroom and application
you tell us the bug was fixed, but it's not the case
this time really fix it

yet again, another lockout which seems only to affect pc users. Phone users can still log in. There will be a number of people who will lose their shields during such a long delay. Lots of things planned for today, I can't do. It really is unacceptable how often this happens.

Yes and I think something needs to be done ... when one server (plarium) can't access games THEN they should shut them all down (so no one can get into game) ... and when they bring them back up ... then everyone has 24 hour shield or 24 hours added to the shield they already have ... this is getting to really be a problem.

last time this happened I lost all troops because my shield dropped during this problem.....getting pretty pissed about it...
