Why friend of my in level 5 on mobile phone, after update have vault for silver which can hold 150K ??

I have not been on sense the update, if the vault holds silver below level 21 than it is new.

It's 8 o'clock that I'm stuck. Obviously developers are unable to properly manage all platforms. It is obvious that if some can play and no others, there will be problems of loss of resources and troops. Given what I invested in this game, I will simply abandon it if the problem is not solved quickly, without loss on my account.
