What are you going to do about the russians  takeing and refusing to move on the pioneer tiles? Last  3 upgrades are blocked from russian players who refuse to move.

Given what they have written on this issue, nothing.

Especially if the net gossip is accurate.

Hello, tasty! 

There is a delayed sending function for messages in a chat. If this delay function is on, you will see a block with a timer instead of a field for entering text. The timer shows the time left until you can write to the chat again.

please put timers on special tiles there are to many being blocked by other users, which gives them an unfair advantage I have also heard some players are trying to sell access to these tiles. Also some people have placed strong holds with these tile in side and then are using exile to prevent others from gaining achievements. to be fair these Strong holds should be disband.

As I wrote about before,the owners  do not seem to care about the blocking of the pioneer tiles.It maybe that this was their intention all along.

The players who block them see that it is an advantage to them to do so, even though there are associated negative consequences which they havent seen or conciously overlook. This also may be inconsequential to Plarium or indeed beneficial.

I have not seen the chat block in operation, even though we have had spamming the chat box in the kingdom, so am not sure if the chat situation is not functioning at the moment.

Its not very useful if you cant hold an open conversation here,and if you have to then resort to clan messages its not going to reduce server functionality is it ?

A 'Chat Timer'???? All the problems and you've prioritized the creation and, may I add, the inadequate implementation of a 'chat timer'????

I would really like to know what "Changed the mechanic for displaying troops led by jötunns who are attacking Clan Strongholds" is... because nowadays they don't show at all for the attacker.
