I have lost tons of troops and resources because my shields are not holding for the length of time that I have paid for...Can you fix that issue..Please

I'm really looking forward to 4K battle 

 if your servers are running on very last legs during Jot, then 4K will kill them 

 I've just bought popcorn machine for that occasion 


 you are ridiculously shameless providing such a shitty service for customers, who are paying serious money in packs

Why buy a popcorn machine ? There will be plenty of campfire with town burning... no issue for popcorm and marshmallow

Um, excuse me, what did you fix?  This time the game was working even worse. After update! Update, Plarium! What did you update? Lags? Bags? You did it well.

Ok, I'm not sure what's going on.....I don't know if it's a glitch in the system or hackers, but what I do know is that I'm a  good paying gamer that really ENJOYS the game. But what I don't enjoy is losing my money. PLEASE address this issue with the shield.

I do Pay to play and my account history will confirm that. So as a show of good paying customer service, I would Greatly Appreciate it if you could revive all of my lost troops,  refill all of my lost resources and replenish my Gold reserves....Thank You and I look forward to a swift resolution.

I have been playing Jot monthly since it came out. I have NEVER seen a monster...NEVER...Probably put in 70/80 hours in Jot. I know many have, but whatever the issue, either the Monsters should be available way more frequently, or simply removed from the event calendar.

The reason the game was crashing every 5-10 mins during jutt was because of the jutt chat refreshing.  I noticed this while I was on the chat.  I also noticed players purposefully making the chat refresh by moving it down.  I don't know if this was when a clan member was in throne or attacking.  But it's obvious that's what was causing it.

STOP JOTU, its the biggest discrimination event there is on this game, its alone good for big clans and kingdoms!!!!!!!!! where  the most goldhackers are!!!!!!!!!!!!!! shame on you plarium !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or I am not so stupid to spend thousand of EURO, Dollar.... in this game every month.

By the way since Oktober 2018 nothing! That is because of this bad offers (no Mega offers) and the WebGl Bugs.
