Sorry guy, but when support answer clear your cache, update your browser or try an other device, it's not taking a poll for  me and clearly show they put the blame on players to not assume they did a mistake. I would not mind if at least they say they are aware there is a problem on their side but they don't even do that. In all game i play and played when there is/was a problem in game for a lot of players i have never seen dev and tech ask players if they are sure all is running smoothly on their side. They just do their job and solve the problem and send a warning in the same time saying that they are/were aware that a problem is running and that they are working to solve it. Never seen a bug not solve during more than 3 weeks in a game also, except during an alpha test.

Yeah, I understand exactly what you're saying.

The lack of communication is ridiculous here. Other games I've played have a forum log of past updates and scheduled downtimes for maintenance with new of what's being updated and what's being fixed. This is why I assume they're trying to figure it out by asking people what they're running on... Because they won't be open about it

this is really easy for tech to check, get one of them to start a game using browser, i use edge, chrome and firefox they all have the same error its NOT A USER ERROR, its plariums doing this is really starting to get very tedious, dont your tech guys have a game set up for browser to run tests on if not why not, i clear cache on a daily basis on all of them i even reinstalled firefox and java and im getting sick and tired of this issue its been going on for far too long, 


get tech to start a browser game and then scroll around the map for 10 minutes they will get the error well before the ten minutes is over, i get it every few minutes now and im sick of having to reload the game,



GET THIS ERROR FIXED you will get no more of my money for gold packs until this is fixed

nice to know this is at last being looked into, a couple of things that would really help pc players would be to clean up the kingdoms, i play on a 27inch monitor and when i scroll around kingdoms there is so much junk that has to rezz as i scroll around, lvl 1 &  2 cities that no one ever plays and really dont have any use in the game apart from filling up city slots to make kingdoms full and prob to stop players jumping to them, it would also be nice to be able to turn off invader and ghost animations like i can turn off hero animations, this error has been around for a long time in one form or another but got a lot worse when ghosts were introduced, the game just has so much going on on the kingdom map that browsers just cant handle it anymore, you need to adapt the game more to a browser friendly game, also how about making it easier for us to move around the map say with a north, east, south west icon that we can hold our left mouse button down on to move around the map instead of the left click hold and drag method we have now it can be a pain when you accidentally click on a tile or anything else on the map, a lot of browser games have this movement option. or make it so we can use our arrow keys left right up down  :)

I am glad to see at least they are looking into this.. I have been writing to them for weeks about this issue, which as you will guess they say is a fault at MY END!!! Purchased brand new Acer Laptop with way more spec than required and took only 25 minutes for the game to crash with same WebGL issue..

Great service from Acer as they have already taken the laptop back and refunded my money!!! Plarium could learn a lot from them about customer relationships... I even managed to TALK with them and not just send messages back and forth....

You had time enough to solve this!

In Jontunheim it comes faster than in the normal kingdom.

Go back before Jontunheim that we pc players could play the game!!!!!!!!

... another webgl error...  situation:

  1. When turn around the map game crash
  2. When merge gems game crash

tested on:

  • Chrome last version 64bit
  • Firefox last version 64bit
  • Plarium Play ...

Hello Erna, do you play the game yourself? On a Windows computer? If yes, then you must have this same problem with the memory error in WebGL. It is very nasty because it mostly happens when in the "land view" screen and it also can happen when attacking and than getting te error and not able to shield up in time and loose milions of troops :-/ I hope you will urge you developer colleagues to fix this with 1 priority? Sometimes I have a feeling that they don't know what are they doing. Like they didn't ever played this game on PC and trying to teach us some educated formulas.

It's like I read manual of Boeing 737 and I think I can fly it as well as advise others how to fly it...

I am also getting emails back on what "I" need to do on my end. Look it's not coming from my end! It was fine before the last update. I can play any other game and have no problems. My packs are getting close to reset but I'm not about to buy any with this going on. What's the point? I can't do anything.

Are you thinking in allow people to move from buggy PC version to Mobile?

With web version I can't play on mobile devices (by desing) and I can't play in PC (by errors) ...  it's frustrating

I have been receiving the WebGL out of memory error message for about a month now.  When I reported it to you, I was told that it was my computer and that it did not have enough memory or needed to be debugged.  I spent the money for a 10-70 new video card and had the tech to clean, test and tweak my computer, yet the problem still exists.  The problem is not my computer, rather there is a bug in the game and your programmers need to focus on this issue and make every effort to correct it.  So many of us having the same issue should tell you that it is not the player's computers, it is your problem in programing and it started when you did your upgrades starting back in July!   I did my part and spent $536.00 on my computer.  Would you do your part now on the game itself?  please try some good public relations by acknowledging that you recognize there is an issue and that you are trying to fix it.  From my perspective, that would go a long ways with your players and supporters.
