Actually if you leave and come back, once you've been in the clan again for a week you get your bonuses back.

You get the % bonuses back, it doesn't give you the troop rewards again. 

Although we do complete the clan missions nearly every time we get them, which is every day because we don't do challenges, so that's 18-21 free fighters and 12-14 free plasma cannons a week, plus about 125k free res a week and some infantry.
