Same here again, 77 % then disconnect. 


No hint, no state message, no support, no answer in this thread. - Thats very annoying!

Passion is long gone, forced to trying login for hours (and after a while without that issue, again and again).

Sooner or later I loose my ressources and my troops, OvO is beginning in 2 h...


All those issues, more and more and less and less service for more and more money...,

- incredible, inaceptable - why nothing goes on or why we don't get informed? -

Der gleiche Fehler hier schon wieder.


Die Meldung:


1. Die Internetverbindung ist ok.

2. Das Spiel in ein paar Minuten noch einmal zu starten, kann leicht Stunden in Anspruch nehmen.

Fehlermeldung und Ratschläge sind unbrauchbar und falsch!

Plarium reagiert nicht und leistet keinen Support, die verschiedenen Probleme seit dem letzten Update dauern nun bereits über 1 Woche, ohne dass sich was verändert oder man eine Information bekommt.

Der Kunde ist der Willkür des "Lieferanten" völlig ausgeliefert: Komme ich nicht heute, so komme ich vielleicht morgen und die Qualität ist, wie sie ist. Von Schadenersatz darf man träumen. Schon beim Update-Vorgang wird dem Kunden Einsicht oder Aussicht verweigert (Dauer). Und danach ist er wochenlang das Versuchskaninchen des Abzockers. -

Für so ein extrem teueres Spiel ist das schlicht inakzeptabel und unangemessen.

Würde Plarium Schuhe verkaufen, sähe zwar die Verpackung schick aus, aber man könnte sie nicht brauchen, weil sie sich zeitweise plötzlich verfüchtigen und man sich dabei allerlei Verletzungen holen könnte. Im Laden könnte man reklamieren, bei Plarium meldet sich einfach keiner, - praktisch, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will...

Es war möglich einen neuen Account anzulegen.

Nach dem Wechsel ins Königreich meiner anderen Chars (Steftuaz # 74), wird versucht, neu zu laden und - das Spiel kann wieder nicht mehr geladen werden (gleiche Meldung, immer wieder, egal welcher Char).


Alles schon versucht, nichts geht. - Ausser login wiederholen, bis man grau wird - und es dann vielleicht und irgendwann plötzlich wieder für ein paar Tage geht und dann wieder von vorne losgeht...

- Herrliche Aussichten, OvO beginnt gleich und Stadtschutz geht dann gleich mal aus und ins Bett wollte ich schon vor Stunden, ganz toll!

Und dafür bezahlt man noch.

I had same issues earlier. Changed my proxy to U.S., all was well. Switching back later seems to be ok.

An update to the update of the update seems to have happened earlier - I expect these current problems are a result of trying to connect while the updates are being distributed out to your local (country's) CDN. Give it time (several hours or a day), or switch a proxy to a country / CDN that has already received their updates.

The problem isn't solved at all! - Have it again now. -

And the problem happend not since hours. Maybe since 10 days. -


Play and pay - and if it isn't working, try this, try that or use proxy... What else more?

Can you/Plarium give me a link where the proper workaround is explained for non network specialists? (...)

Plarium, why you let us alone with this crap???

No helps, no support,no bug fixes for weeks??????????????????


I hope, Plarium fix this soon! And also the black objects on the map. -

You have been given many answers. We have to assume you aren't actually interested in solving -your- problem, or you would be responding with what you have tried so we can help you help yourself.


Clearly things are working for many people, so the problem first likely involves your device, or your computer, or your provider. Plarium can do nothing to fix any such. Computers are technical, complex, intricate, and not turnkey. Deal, or not, your call.


Have you tried the help links that Plarium has already provided?

Running into 77% problem. Changed proxy to U.S. and all is well.

i.e. This quick test take out all other factors, e.g. Plarium problem, so has some value in seeing what's what.


Wasn't an issue earlier, now it is. But, new day's event started couple hours ago, so likely things are now overwhelmed or over-saturated.


My guess is Plarium has not contracted with your nearest CDN point of presence that has sufficient resources, or purchased a tier with sufficient resources. So, nothing for 'them' to do, or 'us' - it is what it is.


Change your proxy (VPN, on phone?), get on with your day. Don't, don't. Your call.

I don't agree WWO, as far as I understud your posting. -


I help myself, with the same solution (proxy server). It works now to put shield on, if the issue appears.

This after big loss (> 10 b Gold, many troops and more), because I coun't log in to put on city shield, due to this error! - This was quite frustrating and how Plarium handle this, is not acceptable in my opinion.

As I wrote, before (I used proxy, and this hint was from a user and not from Plarium) I tried all, checked every page I found and did the usual things (they tell you if they have no idea for help). Nothing helped.

- That I have to use a proxy server for running the game reliable, is new for me.


The proxy solution depends on the server you use. It may slow down your connection a lot. (...)

Perfect! At least you can get the shield on in the mean time, and you have demonstrated for yourself that this is the one and only problem you are experiencing at that time. i.e. It's not a Plarium bug or connectivity issue, it's not a cache clearing or app installation issue, and it's not an internet connectivity issue - so chasing them or rebooting your machine or reinstalling the app will not help you, and you don't need to waste your time trying them. Makes the haystack much, much smaller to sleuth out where the needle is.

I don't disagree. But, it is a free game, and you are able to vote with your feet. I don't disagree that that is not the answer we would all like to see, but it is what it is. (1)

Agreed. See (1). If using a proxy solves your issue, the problem does not lie with Plarium, and there is nothing they can do about it and there is nothing for them to fix - the problem lies outside of their control. (*IF* CDNs -don't- charge by bandwidth tiers, and if they do Plarium has purchased a sufficiently high tier.)

Yep. I've never encountered a real need for one either. Until now. Like you.

Agreed. But I have noticed no significant slowdown - KaW isn't particularly net intensive vis a vis the highly graphical first person shooter games. If you are finding significant slowdown, try to find a different proxy server. Different browsers have different apps that can connect to proxy servers for you - perhaps one of them lists a free service that works better for you? Else, consider purchasing a VPN subscription - some will offer corresponding proxy servers you can use. e.g. This browser profile to that server (e.g. U.S.), that browser profile to that server (e.g. U.K.), both from same VPN provider. [e.g. I understand there is some extension called 'Foxy Proxy' for Firefox based browsers. I can't speak to it - I don't use Firefox much any more. Just watch for browser proxy settings that actually change your computer's proxy settings, not just that browser - if that doesn't suit you.]


And if you are on phone, you would need the VPN to connect, as there your are within an app, not a browser, AFAIK.

yup it is back, did all they asked us to do and now I have no shield, was attacking a town....  77% no connection try again later.   If I cannot log in and my town is gone, then so am I and all the money I was going to spend.  So fix it or so am I

i see we are not the only ones that have incurred the wrath of this last update --please freeze our war presently and fix this problem -77% loaded then resart --over and over again -not our problem -please undo last patch update -was running fine -disgrunteled   and gonna lose everything -PLEASE FIX THIS NOW--THANK_YOU

same here as above,  has been for going on for over 9hrs now, this is getting far to repetitive.  Seems like once a month.   I cannot afford to continue to put  3 days of shields on everytime I attack or plunder, just in case I get another disconnect.  We have OvO starting in 20 mins...


Been trying to get into game for 14 hrs, have 4 accounts all the same cannot get past 75%.   Getting sick of this
