Game Loading Issue

I logged in this morning, but the game would not load. I would get the loading screen but the progress bar would remain empty.

When I reloaded the page, I received an error message talking about a Java error... even though the game loaded just fine last night.

Even restarting my computer didn't help... nor did trying a completely different computer

I've attached a screenshot of the error.

So Chrome doesnt work (still) which is my main browser. Use MS Edge and able to log in and see my town got destroyed because this dumb maintenance screwed up my browser and my shield expired in the middle of it.


Plus there was no warning whatsoever (that I am aware of) that said maintenance was happening today. I need my RSS back and troops.


I'm about ready to quit this game because of this BS.


EDIT: NOW the game is loading with Chrome as of 11:59am EDT.

Having heaps of issues with game since the last maintenance update takes forever to load wont swap between town and kingdom I have tried every solution you have offered still to no avail.

it is not just the browser version that does not work it is also the Plarium play app, i get a connection error says to try later. server connection error, i hope they get this fixed soon.

This only seems to be a problem in Throne. i was able to load vikings no problem.


This is a serious problem we have many members not able to log in shields will be dropping and it is during an event.

Totally unacceptable!

Have an Order member suffering the same problem...did all the usual "quick fixes", tried three different browsers and still cannot load. The shield has expired...this is unreal!

Nobody I know can log into the game. Vikings is working just fine on all devices, browsers, servers and ISP's. It is a huge bug, and Plarium is not even responding to support requests.

Cache clear, but the Problem continues with Edge, Firefox, Chrome and IE

As usual Plarium is deflecting fault to browser or cache issue instead of admitting any fault

Typical  CYA move.  Come clean and admit your screw up, fix it and restore peoples accts back to when they had shields.

Pretty simple and responsible  step .

They really do need to fix this issue it is costing shields, gold, rss its not our systems its theirs

CAN WE PLEASE FIX THIS LOADING ISSUE THAT THE GAME IS CURRENTLY UNDER. LOADING GETS STUCK AT 45% OR 77% AND THEN MESSAGE OF SEVER CONNECTION LOSS. CHROME, FIREFOX, OPERA, EDGE ALL SAME RESULT. NEED TO FIX IT FOR LONGER IT STAYS BROKEN THE LESS OF A PROFIT THE GAME WILL MAKE.

Me too, i have the same problem for last 16 hours

It's unbileivable after more then 18 hour i could not connect in the game cause Plaruim had this issue...and they don't say a word and don't send not even a compensation pack...Where's the compensation pack for all this trouble Plarium ???  Where's the respect for the user's ???

I can't log in either same error as everyone else.  Server connection try again later.

Obviously Plarium has no intention of fixing or compensating for the people effected. I have spent a lot on this game and get zero respect from plarium in return. Who rolls out an update without fixing all bugs. Arrogant bastards who could care less.

My shield drops and I'm done. Not coming back to a lousy game that can't let you log in .

Ok so i guess that fixing this issue is not a major concern of the people who are in control of the game. Which i guess its no longer a concern of mine to spend more money on this game for if cant log in to play then cant log in to spend money. Which makes one wonder how long game will last.
