OK so this issue closed from what I received as my ticket reply. 


NOT COOL ! 


I was expecting 700+ golems and I get less than half that including the cheap gift from Oberon.


So I lost the same amount of troops as everyone else who got the correct rewards but I will not be rewarded same as them.

Hello! There was a server-side issue that prevented part of the players from receiving the multiplied rewards. The game developers pulled up the server logs and credited rewards to all players who were affected. Most of the players received their rewards in full.

Unfortunately, a small portion of the server logs weren't available. Thus, a segment of users was left without a multiplier. At that moment, we decided that it would be unfair to leave all these players without any multiplier. Therefore, we applied the 1.5x multiplier to all rewards. We are sorry if you received less rewards than expected, but there is nothing else we can do in this particular situation.

We will do our best to avoid such situations in the future. Our specialists did everything possible to minimize the losses in this particular case.

Short decription, during weekend pvp tourney that ended on 7/24/2017, everyone was screwed by plarium for their tourney rewards..well, few days later, Plarium offered compensations and problem seemed to go away...BuT no...as I already described in so many tickets, (#146625 one of them handled by oleg), my compensations were not according to my rewards(I'm talking about amount not the fact that there were offered golems instead of whatever evryone previously chose)...so...let's do the math...from the ss, you'll see that amount of pvp was 13000...league effort, multiplied that by 2.2, so, there should be maximum rewards for that tier...so....instead of compensations in amount of : 576 sapphires, 84 soulstones, 384 eldritch golems, 4 skull runes, 30 paragon points, 4 crystal coffer and 4.8 whirlwind dragon marks, I received a shitty apology and: 96 sapphires, 14 soulstones, 64 eldritch golems, 4 paragon points, 0.8 whirlwind dragon marks(and when I say 0.8 I say you gave me 0)..beside all that, there was a message about enjoying the game, and shit like that...please excuse my language, but I'm simply loosing my nerves..I want to enjoy the game, so please give me what is mine and you owe me, that is: 480 sapphires, 70 soulstones, 320 eldritch golems, 4 skull runes, 26 paragon points(keep these, buy something nice), 4 crystal coffers, 4 whirlwind dragon marks...please do your jobs...don't be like Oleg..I will submit screen shots Oberon's report saying amount of pvp, and compensations...also I will submit a ss of Oberon's report with proper compensations, from an account that had 11000 pvp..thank you and make me a nice day....

Long time has passed since this was reported as problem, but nothing happened..let's try posting it everywhere

First of all, I would like to apologize for that situation with the Tournament once again. 

I've checked the tickets you submitted to our Support Team. Support representative checked your request and confirmed that the compensation was sent to your account properly with 1.5x multiplier to all rewards.

As Alina said, our specialists did everything possible to minimize the losses in this case, and we'll do our best to avoid such situations in the future.

That is a lie..you didn't check nor do you have any idea what I'm talking about..if you would've checked account, you would've seen the problem...either that, or you have very very very bad math skills..for which I would advice going back to school...so let me help you...the compensations were 6 times lower than what you owed me... I attached ss to prove it in a ticket to plarium support that was totally ignored and set as solved without answer...ticket #151181

In this case you need to contact Help Center. Unfortunately, Community Manager is unable to resolve such issues. If you sent your ticket, you need to wait for the response, because our team investigates all tickets in the order of the queue.

well...you deleted my post about how useless support is...when I'm telling you they are, next time believe me...the ticket is submitted from a month ago...still...they couldn't find that 1 grade algebra book to jump start their studies...so, my problem is unsolvable for the moment..meanwhile, imagine frustration had a more than a month to play with me, so...let's bet on my patience
