Hello! Battlegrounds are one of the gameplay elements, it's an optional daily in-game activity, in which our players can, but not obliged to participate. You can try to figure out what's the most effective way to destroy Balur's Units, and what determines the size of your Rewards. But it's not a required condition for Battlegrounds raiding. 

That doesn't answer my query. I am not getting payouts above certain levels despite using more troops than necessary, which would appear to be a glitch With the system as it's happening to other people. 

Hello! The point is that the way you expect Battlegrounds to work may differ from the way they actually work. 

Well I'm in for a massive pay because it has been like this for 5-6 weeks.

Battlegrounds have been thoroughly tested by our QA team. It is extremely unlikely that errors will occur relating to Rewards at Battlegrounds. Due to the random element of the Reward system, it can occur that players play for over a month without receiving massive Rewards. In other cases, such Rewards occur during consecutive Battles. 

The Reward system considers all of your invested Units, and each completed Battleground increases the likelihood of receiving a massive Reward. Keep fighting and you will get there!

It's still not working properly. I am having to invest 100%+ of all payouts and have been at it for well over a month.

My Lord, all Units (including different modifications) count when you raid Battlegrounds. However, please keep in mind that the actual Unit value may differ from your expectations and the info provided by other players in different spreadsheets. 

Yea, theres's like a tax on them. Has to be... because Ive also tested always putting back in my payout (had full rss when I got payouts) and Im slowly declining in levels that I can actually get a payout at. Literally makes 0 sense if all units put in will come out as a reward eventually lol. Have dropped 20+ levels now without spending any payout anywhere else but also not putting new units in.

I also have had the same issue. I also repeatedly get the same crappy responses when I report the issue. 

Check again Alina. Bgs are not paying out what has been invested. 

Everyone that knows bgs knows how to get what they've invested back. But for the last few months bgs are not allowing you to receive your investment. I'm up to level 122. My system worked flawlessly until a few months ago. Now I've done nothing but lose troops. 

I sent 1072 demons to a bg, and all my off units went to that def dg.

In detailes, i play on an ipad, so buttoms are well separated on my big screen. i typed 1072 in white box, clicked DONE on keyboard and clicked SEND in game.

I got a report telling me that all offs including dark/ eldrich/legendary and thieves attacked that bgs, i lost a total value of 338047 sapphires. 

I have no idea how my offs decidd to attacjk that bg it was not the first time. previously it happened but that time i was lucky to realize it in time, so i could recall units. ITS A rarely occuring error, but other players experienced it too. one suggested thaz is it in connection with receiving report.

I can send ss of my layout onipad if it helps

Hi. Ive already contacted support in game. Sent 23 messages since Saturday, including 15 screenshots. No answer yet. I stopped doing bgs to help support to correct this issue. Shall i contact Help Center here too? It looks to be the same.

I require a refund of all my defence units that a bug in the system messed up. I sent some dragons to an offence bg and the quantity matched when I pressed send. When I looked at the report the dragons met their destination and for some reason ALL my hard earned defence I have earned over nearly 800 days of playing and hundreds of pounds spent had ALL perished. It's just not on. This happened Saturday morning and it's now Monday evening and havnt had a reply yet, now I have to put this on a forum to share with all, just marvellous. I regularly buy sapphires but this will push me to leave this game if I do not get a full refund.  It should not be an option to send the opposite units anyway but for a bug to just do this for no reason is pathetic.  Plarium, please look into this and make the right decision to a current loyal player.
