That goes for 5 weeks. Start at 05. June 2019. And nothing happend. They have coordinates, Name and all other things. Now we have end of july, a new update and all say " everything ok with your Account. Cant find any Problems" ....and all the time without playing for me since 05. June?
Its just a game, but for this game a lot of player payed a lot of money the last years. For me is it a Big disrespect ....
Make what you want like all the time PLARIUM-TEAM. i will kill my last troops and quit the game the next time. Like a lot of other Players they Foul you...
I asked you a question and you replied with no answer, just complaints. I cant help fix a problem without you answering the questions. I understand you are frustrated but just insulting does not help fix anything. I have known many players and players who quit and players who return and players who love this game. I recommend you do research on how much it costs to run and develop a mmorpg mobile game and how the variety of players who play depend on how successful or not the game becomes. The packages are priced low to high, the game does not benefit how you think they do from these prices. It costs a lot to keep things active and a lot of programming to make things workThat's the strategy of Plarium. First make a lot of money and then not help the players .... Super Plarium !!!

This also could be due to your local service provider or wifi connections that you are experiencing issues. I have not heard anyone else wit this complaint so im not completely sure but when mine stops letting me do things, i try similar apps to see if they are effected as well or try restarting your wifi. Some wifi will block gaming/And you do nothing again.....i have contact with Plarium email too and nothing happend. THATS PLARIUM and you are Wondering that peoples stop playing???
I completely understand why you are frustrated and I get it, it isnt easy to be patient when you wait this long. I do not personally get emails or know what the employees of plarium do with the emails but I can try to find out. What email did you send the screen shots to? I dont have access to in game messages with support but I believe they forward them to plarium staff to evaluate the messages. Can you send me your coordinates? Hello MadTeddy, I am tremendously sorry for all the possible inconvenience you might have recently faced. As I can see, the issue with building troops was resolved and the reply from our support department was provided. As for the performance issues, we are still working on fixing them as Robert mentions. If there are some more issues that remained unanswered, please specify them clearly.
