Keep getting the box that says new version is available, click the download button but nothing happens
I tried uninstalling, re installing, still the same.. New Version is available with only a download button that does nothing.
I have tried numerous times in the past 12 hours.. Why can I not play the game ?
It should be working now...
Have you tried to remove the app data from phone settings?

je me sers de mon pc bureau sous windows 7 proI am not sure if it will help anyone here but you will need to accept the new updated Privacy policy either on mobile app or on computer. Unless you do this you wont be able to play the game.

I have tried support and got a response "We are glad to inform you that the new version of the game with the fix is already available in stores!"
Uninstall the plarium app on windows 10 pc, reinstall it.. Failed to login
Can anyone help ?
Had the same problem 3 days back. Game update that never did go through, now I have Unable to log in - http://prntscr.com/jnl84i
Accepted new Privacy terms and this is through PC App

moi c est pareil,ça ne fonctionne toujours pas,j ai decide de ne pas jouer aux autres jeux plarium ou je suis inscrit,meme si des mois se passent,tant qu ils auront pas repare l acces au jeu,j ai depense 25 euros en 9 jours avec ce jeu,c est de l arnaque !!boumm said:

Veuillez utiliser l'application de jeu mobile pour vous connecter. Les développeurs de jeux sont conscients et travaillent pour résoudre le problème, s'il vous plaît utiliser d'autres moyens de se connecter au jeu en attendant.

je ne possede pas de mobiles,c est rare mais cela existe ! et avec mes 8h de jeu environ quotidien je suis plus a l aise avec mon pc

The mobile game is up and running now. However, the devs are still working on the 'Plarium App'. We expect it to be fixed in the nearest hours.

Looks like they have fixed the app now, too, but took an additional 3 days to get us back into the game!2nd that. Able to download the new update and able to log back in.
