NONE OF THIS MEANS A DAMN THING WHEN MY GAME IS DOWN FOR A WEEK EVERY TIME I DO A MANDATORY UPGRADE AND MY GAME AND I CANT PLAY FOR DAYS AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWERE MY TICKETS. I HAVE 3 TICKETS IN AND CANT GET A RESPONCE.

I hear you. After last update which led to all the damn PINK everywhere, they fixed that but you get black screens on House of Scrolls (so you cannot upgrade skills). Catacombs (so you cant move troops in and out of catacombs), Champions (so you cannot do anything with Champions (including getting Tower rewards, summon, upgrade skills, heck everything with champions), Read mail, Donate in league fortress. I dunno how the last Champion event went or the current Brawl event when you can't do most of the items to earn points!
