I've installed the game a number of times believing that the new information given has been updated. Unfortuately after installing, it states this https://prnt.sc/vykacp
Not sure what else I can do. Ideas anyone?

Still nothing for the linux players. And what time we have left hampered by the annoying push to install an app that won't work on our system and offering us rewards we can't have, wasting up our time and bandwidth. So I guess the question is, when Jan 1 arrives and so many players can't play here where are they migrating to? What are your favorite options? Sound off folks.

Seven Linux castles in my league, including the Marshall. So we don't have any options. No sane person buys Win-dung or Mac when they have Linux. So how many players and leagues will disappear come January? And don't tell us to us andriod emulators. From what I hear that starts a new castle, not connecting to your old fully built one. And from what the Win players are saying you didn't even manage build them an app that works, especially if Win is going to nuke all flash files. Such a performance, on a scale of one to ten, deserves a rating of -3.

There is workaround for Linux users (inc. Chromebook users) - albeit temporary (ish)
The link posted by Wesley Pringle was witten by me and is for Firefox users only
and I have promised to post more detailed instructions for both Firefox and Chromium browsers in Oct / Nov this year.. but I decided to wait as Plarium said they had a plan .. oh well.. I will now post as promised over the weekend.
Done correctly this will allow linux users to continue using a flash-enabled browser for the forseeable future in a relatively safe manner (i.e. quarantined from operating system files) at least until Plarium blocks browser access.
I will make it clear in the instructions anyway but for now I will state in advance - linux users must prepare befor 31 Dec 2020

Stupid brainfart maybe , but did you allow P.P in your Firewall / antivirus to make connections ?
Edit : Did the install myself an had no issues , game runs but a NEW GAME 😠
This is exactly what i meant with why a how-to-migrate FBaccounts to Plarium Play would be useful

Don't you agree that they are cutting it EXTREMELY close , and because of it people are starting to wonder if it is not just a way to keep people on a leash ( read spending money )?

Soon we'll be another weekend in which nothing happens , Christmas holidays and soon time is running out .
As mentioned ( iirc Oracle in another topic about the Flash-EoL ) ...there is no reason to hide in secrecy and keep the players updated on a daily basis with so little time left ...that way Plarium will achieve more than being silent while players are turning their back on the game .

I'm a player the same as you are would I of liked things to be a lot more fluid and expedited better ?
yes of course I would .
But times are strained and the worlds in an upheaval and Covid 19 has effected the timelines of just about every Industry bar none but Amazon it seems.
We can only relay what information we get when we get it .
My hope is that the tension and agitation will soon be a memory and we can all soon have a safe and relitively smoothly running Game .
Keeping calm will only help to getting things fine tuned faster I think.
I'm just a messenger at this point waiting to help when I can.

is the Flash player used by the App embedded in the App or does it use existing Flash on your machine? If it's the latter then how do we keep a copy of Flash on our machines when Microsoft is saying that Windows will automatically remove Flash files.
The reason I ask (and why it's an important question. If its the former then presumably simply by downloading the Apps we'll be able to continue playing. If its the latter, then us as players will need to make steps to ensure a copy of Flash remains on our machines.
We need to know whether any action is required on our parts to secure our ability to keep playing the game.

I have never needed Adobe Flash on my hard-drive
Plarium have lied to us for years telling us to 'upgrade flash' every time a new bug appeared
Use the search box to see how often they used this excuse
p.s. My MOUSE-WHEEL does not work in the app, so never been tested?
